We have been wanting a pop up or even a travel trailer for a few months. No impulse buying, which can be easy when looking for a rv. So we searched and eventually found the pop-up we were looking for at their center. Only problem is we had to drive from the east side of the state to get it, three hours. My wife had been dealing with Andrew and Jordan online with asking questions and getting the financing taken care of before going. We knew the process would take some time so anything that could be accomplished before going would be helpful. Once we arrived, we met Andrew and Jordan who got us started with Duane in the camp store and then Rick who did the walk around of our new to us Coachman Clipper 108st. The guys in the service department did the walk around and then set up the pop-up with anti sway bars. After purchasing some new gear for the trailer, we finished our financing and we were off. The employees at Veurinks were incredibly nice and I would drive the three hours again to purchase from them. Definitely worth the drive. read more

Service after the sale.... Well, leaves a lot to be desired. Sale of camper went smooth and no issues. Once camper home, that is where we start problems. Not even had one camping trip in and discovered a lock on the storage door that the key would not go into. Sent a video to Veurink. That was a month ago. Service manager stated would submit to company for warranty, so I waited. Two weeks later I text asking for an update. Nada.... Few days later I sternly ask for an update yet again. The typical "service trying to get things for customers before holiday weekend, will follow up for you". Nada.... Text AGAIN over weekend, which makes it a month since pick up of BRAND NEW camper. Very disappointed with last transaction of ordering parts for my motorhome. I have been ordering parts from this dealer for about five years. No problems until this time. I ordered custom fit awning toppers. When I received the toppers the width was correct but pull out dimensions over twice what I ordered. I was told they come standard that way. I said no way last ones I got from you were custom fit. They said no returns. Long story short had to go directly to upper management to get parcel refund. They did not refund approximately $50 of the shipping. Finally got $500 plus refund for material. Part manager would not return messages. Never going to do business with these people again. TAKE WARNING. So much for customer service. Also never ever received invoice so I don't know exactly what I was charged or paid for. Never happened on other orders. read more

Great prices and EXCELLENT Service department! I drove about 7-8 hours to Veurinks RV because their prices could not even compete with local dealers around me. I enjoyed working with Joel and I did not feel pressured at all and he was very patient answering all my questions. I cannot day enough about the Service Department. Then the first time we took it out (yesterday 4/7), there Em was an issue with the power hitch so we stopped in on the way to the campground. Within minutes of meeting with the Service Manager-forgive me with you name, 2 mechanics were sent out and we were back on the road in minutes. We purchased a fifth wheel from Veruinks (Grand Rapids location) a year ago July. We had the best experience purchasing with Eddie. At the end of this summer, we had a variety of issues that needed attention and were thankful we purchased the extended warranty. Unfortunately, what we thought would be quick in and out service turned out to be a nightmare. Veurinks had our RV for 9 weeks with very little communication regarding when it would be ready for pick up. I had to email or call for any type of communication on where they were at in the process. To make matters worse, there were three additional cosmetic/functional problems that came up while the RV was in there care. Veurinks refused to take ownership of these issues and fix them. Finally, after an ultimatum from us providing a date that we would be picking up the RV, we were told the work was done. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because working initially with Eddie was fabulous! Working with the maintenance department, however, was awful. read more

Our experience with RV purchases has been gathered over 5 RVs purchased. These people do NOT have your interest in mind. They accepted both of our previously purchased RV's (a 2004 and a 2009) and offered us only a 2008 replacement to solve our delimma over truck to RV connections. They did solve the problem, but the new hitch, straight off the shelf, was not covered. Both of our former RV's had been taken care of, not needing refurbishing to resale. Further, they promised several things, verbally, that was not given in the actual completion of the deal. Does that sound like what YOU want??? PRICE GOUGE ALERT!! I called them for some spare tire covers I had ordered from them before. They had the covers I needed and I told them I was going to come get them. For some reason, I decided to ask what price would be..the price they gave me was more than DOUBLE the standard list price of these same covers anywhere around town or online. ($36 per cover) This was also more than TRIPLE the price they had sold the same covers to me previously. I called another dealership less than a mile from them and got the exact same covers for $12.40 per cover. BEWARE. I will never shop here again. One of the worst experiences we ever had..... we bought a motor home here a year ago, and its been in the shop for most of that year. We keep paying to get different problems fixed over and over again, and every time we get one problem fixed two more appear. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and lied straight to our faces time and time again and when you catch them in a lie they get really aggressive. I would recommend anywhere besides here. By the time I found Veurink's YouTube sales video for the exact camper I was eventually to buy, I had already decided precisely what I was looking for so I walked through their door with my mind made up and ready to buy. An atypical customer I imagine, but regardless they gave us the royal treatment anyway, making our wait during the prep pleasant and comfortable. The finance people were helpful---Tammy especially. And the prep. guys did a great job showing us all the bells and whistles. As this was our first RV ever, we had plenty of questions and the guys covered everything very thoroughly. I wish I could remember the young man's name-------he seemed like their main mechanic----I unexpectedly needed a wiring harness & electric brake installed and I think he had to stay late as a result ----he was a really good sport about it. Be careful! I ordered parts from them over the phone for my RV. My mistake was that I assumed they would treat me fair with pricing and shipping fees. Oh boy was I wrong, they gauged me on price and shipping for a couple of the parts the parts not listed on their website. I realized after receiving the parts how much money they grabbed from me and was upset to say the least. I complained to them and they immediately discounted 10% via a refund to my cc without my consent. That may have been except able if they hadn't overcharged me 200 % I demanded a full refund and returned the parts to them, this is when I found out just how difficult they can be. Very slow to credit my cc and then only a partial credit. read more
