If you need an honest, competent Chandler-based electrician, please call this company. We had a GFI go bad yesterday and they were here the next morning to repair it. It is totally repaired, with a detailed explanation of what caused it( come to find out, unknown to me, these GFIs do wear out). He also checked our circuit breakers and wiring and explained how to determine if a circuit breaker needs replaced( ours did not). He was punctual and professional. One of my worries as a homeowner is electrical wiring in our 20 year old house, and he really made me feel comfortable and far less frantic that an electrical fire might happen. First experience was amazing! Teo came to my house and quoted a job for 25 lights/fixtures/modifications. Needed the job done within a week, before insulation blow-in from another company. Teo brought Chris and Michael and they were all amazing, from start to clean-up. Stayed from the punctual 6am to almost 6pm, and I had no complaints. I was around when they were diagnosing issues and I was able to give input and custom-install all the Lithonia 6" ultra-thin wafer LEDs around my house, including a nice grey Lutron Diva dimmer that matched all my other switches. I asked them to come out and install two fans where I had lights before. They did a good job of warning me ahead of time the pricing is different if they had to upgrade the box to support fans instead of a light versus just a standard swap out for a fan. They were very honest and said no box upgrade needed when they came out so was happy with the lower pricing. They were also easy to reach by text which is nice too.
