By far the worst towing company. They have an "F" rating in the state of New Jersey Better Business…read moreBureau. They have two phone numbers, none of them work. The call rings and then immediately drops. I even texted both numbers, which delivered. The person read my message in attempts to get mg car back and there was no response. I met with the people in person, demonstrated how I was trying to call them and what the call sounds like. Someone then proceeded to make a different phone call, and came back to me telling me to "try now". And now magically the phones work? A SCAM! Aside for the terrible communication, they try to get as much money from you as they possibly can by throwing on additional fees. When being asked with several of questions about the price break down no one could answer my question. It was to the point where I had to call 911 to come. This company is a complete SCAM and they do not know how to operate a business. Question everything that they tell you and text the numbers that they provide as receipts. If you have any issues with them definitely report them to NJ Consumer Affairs. They do not deserve to run a business.

After informing them I was ready, they were still able to have a driver out to me within 30 mins. The fender was slightly bent and the bumper had some scrapes on it. The headlight needed to be replaced, and they also said they would repair some rock chips on the hood and other fender for us. The first result was a fender with numerous black specks in it, waves, bumps, a sharp edge where they masked the paint, and missing paint in a few spots. They also forgot to fix the rock chips and the headlight wasn't adjusted level. I complained and was welcomed to the nasty side of the owner. He gave me a huge attitude, demeaned me, and treated me like a child. Told me I was being picky, despite numerous visible imperfections. He had the gaul to say that a car isn't jewelry and it's going to get rock chips and road debris anyway. After some arguing, he told me he would buff out the imperfections. After I was hesitant to agree to this, I allowed him to try to fix it. He said he would also fix the chips on the hood. It turned out that he needed to respray the fender because they supposedly didn't strain the paint properly and couldn't get the black specks out. The second fender although not perfect was a lot better than the first. However, I was horrified to see that the rock chips on the hood looked like they were repaired by a 3 year old with a bottle of nail polish. I complained to the owner yet again and he was nasty yet again, saying that is industry standard and I don't know what I'm talking about. He refused to do anything, except charge me what it would cost to wet sand and buff it out. I took it upon myself to fix it. Today I received a call saying they would buff it, but I told them that I already repaired their shoddy work. Poor quality of work is one thing, but I have never met an owner of a business who is so disrespectful and rude to their customers. I will never be going back to them ever again. I am also contemplating getting the entire front end of the car repainted by a shop who know what they are doing.

Then gets defensive and goes on saying if I'm accusing him if he installed it incorrectly. Don't waste your money. Rude, mean, and delayed on delivering the service. Ps they said 2 days, got it in 3. Had to beg friends and family to borrow their car.
