Without even the ability to have flashers work on my car (due to no electrical) and an hour of phone calls with AAA to finally have them say; "we can't provide service for you tonight, you will have to wait until tomorrow morning..." I was scared and frustrated. One call to Bobby's and they had a true patriot at the scene. Ricky was not only experienced and knowledgeable but also a veteran who has served our country and it showed. I think he knew how nervous I was about being on the side of a busy highway at night without flashers and it being pitch black with cars whizzing by at 80 miles an hour. With all that said he was calm and professional. There weren't scare tactics, guilt trips of it being late on a Friday night or bad-mouthing of "other companies". None of it. No excuses, get the customer/vehicle home safely and go help the next person. THANK YOU RICKY and BOBBY'S TOWING!

They also charged $300 to get m my car out if the impound lot and I had to call for a receipt after waiting weeks. The whole operation was shady and awful. Stay away from All Around Towing!
