I called multiple pool companies over the course of several days and could not get anyone to help us, most not answering the phone, most not returning calls from voice mails. And then by the grace of God, we found Blue Oasis. They answered the call, and in our emergency, worked their schedule aroubd to come out to BOTH pools the same day. We went two weeks with no service due to weather, which I understood, but no one notified me. I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. During that time, the pool began turning green, so I contacted Sean. He told me he would come out the next day, but he never showed. He eventually came on my originally scheduled day instead. I've paid for four weeks of service, yet I've now gone another two weeks with no communication, no updates, and no pool service at all.

He fixed things and shared details of what he found and what he was doing. He had everything working perfectly within no time.
