Last year as I was recovering from back surgery, I called in multiple times per week to request leaf pick up only to be told "it's going to happen this week". It took more than 1 month between my request and the actual leaf pick up. This is an incredibly high maintenance maintenance service for something as trivial as "weekly lawn care".
