Our typical order is the Aloo Gobi, Chicken Chettinad, and naan. The food is always generously served piping hot, the chicken is fresh and tender, and the very flavorful curries are not watered down. The naan could not have been fresher; we immediately requested a 2nd order of naan after taking one bite of the pillowy goodness. It was as soft as a cloud. The kheer was sweet and creamy - simply expertly made just like the curries and naan. The chef here is absoutely incredible. He may have been the very kind gentleman that waved to us on our way out. Anyway, New Era Plymouth Meeting is one of Philly's best kept secret and now our top choice for Indian cuisine. We nearly walked into the place for a 2nd day in a row last night bc we were craving the curries again and all the genuine kindness. Probably the best freshest most tasty naan I've had. We also had the daal makhani and the malia kofta. These are two of our favorite Indian dishes, and they did not disappoint.
