He spoke to Mara, the owner and we scheduled a consultation. Mara is super friendly and upfront- she came by showed us the mess on our roof. Gross! She got us in and scheduled for cleaning the following week. Mara and the gentleman helping her did a great job. They started the work on time as promised and finished within a few hours. Their prices were reasonable and they were able to come back in a few hours to do the install that same day! Our roof was pressure washed and optical gel treatment was done. The staff was friendly and did a good job cleaning up before leaving. For those who don't know, optical gel is a deterrent using sight and smell. It apparently looks like fire to the birds. Very impressive, as it definitely does a great job of keeping the birds away! Since their service was excellent, I called them again a few months ago to see what they could do for our solar panels. We noticed that birds were starting to come around after we got them installed. Again, they quoted a reasonable price and they came back to screen off our solar panels a few days later. I'm happy to report that our roof is bird free! Overall the team was awesome and took the time to do the job right!
