We recently hired Mint for a window cleaning service. The actual cleaning work itself was great -- Michael was friendly, professional, and did a thorough job. However, the communication left a lot to be desired. We had confirmed an arrival window of 10-11 AM the day before, but the technician showed up unexpectedly at 8 AM. Since both my husband and I work from home, we schedule any house work carefully around meetings, so the early arrival really threw off our morning. Michael was apologetic, and the company did offer a $30 discount for the inconvenience, but we wish they had stuck to the agreed-upon time.
