Our windows were so clean we could have eaten off them! So when Anthony later inquired what we wanted to do with our jacked up patio (in disrepair), he definitely had our attention. In the end, we agreed on a resurfacing, a pool deck cover and a sealer for the patio. It is sad to me that all but one of the negative reviews here didn't even have work done by the company. If they had, they would have been delighted! I've had very few experiences with contractors in Las Vegas that were drama-free and at a terrific price, but this was one of those wonderful exceptions. When we called for a bid, they came out the same day. We have a ton of windows and wanted to replace old solar screens and add bug screens to the windows that were missing screens and didn't face the sun. We were delighted with how quickly they were ready to deliver the new screens and the professionalism of the installation team. I couldn't recommend any company more highly than Window Bright. Had my windows cleaned . I was not happy they did a horrific job. The office manager read my review and contacted me she apologized for an unprofessional job, and she assured me that she would send the top crew out to rewash all my windows. The top dog crew came out the next day to wash my windows, and all they corrected was my sliding patio door. They said that the rest of my windows did not need to be cleaned well when the sun shines through on my back patio windows, including my bedroom, they're full of streaks, I do not have the time to be calling office managers or tracking people down who are incompetent and can't do a job correctly. I was told that all of my windows would be washed and they were not they said they just needed to wash my patio window needless to say for $130 and a redo which they did not redo all my windows. Horrible people represent this business. They came to do work for a neighbor and neglected to call them to advise they were coming by as they were supposed to do. When they arrived to their location, they California-rolled through the stop sign on the corner and cut off a vehicle that was backing into their driveway. They then started an altercation with the neighbors who they cut off as they were backing into their driveway. The passenger, an older, heavyset white man, called one of the neighbors a weirdo and kept yelling that the driver thought that the vehicle backing in was going to do a U-turn. These people were horrible and kept pushing the responsibility of the situation onto the neighbors who were pulling into their driveway. If this is how they handle being called out for a driving mistake, they likely will never own up to any mistakes they make at their actual job. Horrible, horrible people. read more

Yesterday morning an employee of Window Bright backed into my brick mailbox knocking it over and denting the two mailboxes. They took off without informing anyone but I did witness it so called the company. The receptionist was very polite and that's where it ends. The owner, Anthony Mosley was to contact me and didn't after 4 hours so I called again and when he got on the phone it was unbelievable. I have been here 23 years and have NEVER encountered such a horrid person. Every other word out of his mouth started with an F. So I cannot attest to the work that is done by his crew but I can tell you that I wouldn't let this guy wash my rearview mirror !! This morning there was a company working on the mailbox and I went out to let them know the landscaper was coming and ask if they wanted a bottle of water and suddenly flying down the street right at me was Anthony Mosley who came within inches of hitting me. Take some advice and stay away from this terrible man. There are dozens of great window-washing companies in this town. In other words avoid the place like you would the plague. I had Window Bright out to my condo to install solar screens a year ago. I met with Anthony who gave me a reasonable quote and I signed off. A week or so later, he appears at my door and says he grossly undercharged me as materials have gone up in price. Strange as that is on them, not me, but my options were, Anthony's words, agree or he can walk away. I really needed the screens so in good faith we negotiated a price and Anthony promised 3 years of free screen cleaning (at the time price for this was $10/screen). I agreed and the screens went up. They looked great, even though I had to stop the process halfway through as they weren't installing the balcony screen as I had wanted, but they fixed that. A few months go by, and the rainy season hit, and I realized that they had sealed in my balcony with no drainage system so my balcony was flooding and getting scarily close to entering my apartment. They finally sent someone out to drill some holes along the bottom rail. Works okay but I still end up with standing water for days on the balcony. And they wanted to charge me for drilling 8 holes. I refused. They are the professionals and should know better. Fast forward to now, and I called to have my screens cleaned as it's been more than a year. Lo and behold, there is no record of Anthony's promise and each screen costs $60 now to clean. That would be $360 to have someone spray 6 screens. No thank you. I would not recommend this business. They manipulate you, do not think through the job, and reneg on promises. Amazing they are still in business. read more

Made an appt for a Friday and they mistakenly put it down for the following Friday. Trust me I know exactly what Friday I booked as I had to take time off. There were no apologies coming from them which should've happened regardless of whether they thought they were right or not after all they are a business trying to attract customers. The only reason I knew they weren't coming was because I called to remind them that I needed a 30 minute heads up phone call from them before they arrive. I was getting ready to give her my phone number or address to identify myself and she responded very rudely "WHO IS THIS"? Just extremely rude and unprofessional. It gets even worse. I called them back to cancel my appointment that they had made for me for next Friday which was actually supposed to be for this Friday... She became very snippy on the phone and all I did was just tell her I'm canceling my appointment because I don't particularly care for the way I was treated on the phone and instead of apologizing once again she just got very nasty and told me to have a nice day and hung up. Apparently they don't realize that they're not the only window washing company in Las Vegas. I called and made an appointment with another window washing company...Alta Window Washing... The difference was night and day. very accommodating very professional very nice. And they had a whole lot of excellent reviews on yelp. Unbelievable! The workers damaged three of my screens and damaged stucco on my window ledges with their cleaning equipment and porch ledge when they climbed over my balcony rails off a ladder to clean my windows. I have been using this company for 15 years for my home in Vegas and I could not be happier. I live on the golf course and the watering system frequently hits my windows and makes a mess. When I call them to come out, they are normally here in 1 to 2 days and they do a beautiful job cleaning my windows outside. They are willing to just leave a bill on my front porch and I do not have to be home. I have had them make solar screen for me and they do an excellent job. They also wash the windows at my office on a regular quarterly schedule, and are always prompt. The price that they charge for these services is definitely the best I've found. read more

Poor customer service. Called and left a message in Feb. To redo windows because it snowed the following day. No one showed or called. Got a bill in for cleaning in May and I never knew they came the windows were so dirty. I called to ask for tgem to redo and they said it had been over 48 hours so someone would 'check' the windows so I cancelled service. That's not how to keep customers. BTW it costs businesses 10 times more money to get a new customer than keep an existing one. read more

I used this company several years ago without a problem. Recently I contacted them to rescreen one screen, one screen door and replace one screen that was missing. The appointment was made and I arranged for someone to be at the house during the time window I was given. No one arrived so I contacted the company. I received a call from the technician, Anthony. He said he was running late but would be there. When he arrived he told the person at my home that the cost was going to be $225.00. The person at my house asked Anthony to contact me to verify if I wanted my sliding screen door replaced or just rescreened. He never called me but told the person at the house he did and left with my check for $225.00 without performing any work. I immediately contacted Anthony back via text after learning he left my house with $225 and had done no work. I told him I did not want a new sliding screen door, I had asked for my existing door to only be rescreened. I asked him to please return to the house, do the work I had requested and that I was on my way to meet him and would provide another check for the correct amount of $130.00, the amount he had told me it would be without the new slider. He replied that he would not be able to get back to my house until the next day and that he was already on the other side of town, even though he had told me earlier he had another job just down the street from me after mine. He told me he had my check and would refund $95.00 to me the next day when he arrived. He told me he would be there in the afternoon. I told him that would be fine. The next day was Friday and I was home all afternoon. At 2:44 PM I contacted Anthony asking what time I could expect him. He replied that he was finishing up a couple large orders and then had three small orders, one of which was mine and to expect him around 5 something. He apologized that his day was full. He also assured me he had my refund. At 5:55 PM, I contacted him asking when I could expect him to arrive. He replied back he was waiting for payment from a customer and that I was next on his list and to expect the installation to take 30 minutes. He again apologized for things taking so long. At 6:20 he contacted me back saying he was no longer going to wait for payment and was going to to "run over and get you installed now". I said OK. I received a text back at 6:34 saying he had just pulled up and was starting on my back first. I opened my side gate, went out in front of my house and to my surprise, no one was there. I sent a text back saying that i was in front and he wasn't there. He replied, were starting on the backside to which I replied, I live in a single family house and there is no way to get to the backside. I sent my address and his reply was "oh this is Russ". Of course I said yes. His response was "OK no were not to you yet you're a little five minute job is so easy it's ridiculous. Your two orders away." At that point I told him not to worry about the job and that I would find someone else. I also told him I would put a stop payment on my check since he hadn't performed any work. His exact response was "We already cashed a check so we're gonna get paid no matter what." Unfortunately, by that time it was 6:52 PM, not the afternoon as he originally told me, and I was off to dinner. He came to my house, and my cleaning person was there. Told my cleaning person some random story to be let into my house after I specifically told him not to do the work and replaced the screens. From a simple 30 minute rescreen scheduled for a thursday morning, to two days of waiting and the nightmare of him entering my house after I told him to not do the work, I would definitely recommend you find another company to work at your home or business. On another note, my check that he took before performing any work was cashed at Rapid Cash and since I placed a stop payment on the check, they are coming after me for the $225.00 plus fees. I wish it was possible to give 0 stars! This company came on our property, we DID NOT request their service nor ever had any contact with them. Fortunately, we have cameras and watched them, come to our door and when no one answered the continued to help themselves into our backyard. When we called to complain, they refused to let us talk to a manager or owner, we were informed that the previous owner of our house had set up the reoccuring service. We were never offered an apology, or a way to get into contact with someone of authority, instead she hung up on me!! They also went thru our trash and left their dirty bucket of water. FYI, our new windows were installed only a week ago, and they are worse now that this company 'cleaned' them, I have water streaks to wipe off. One company didn't return 2 of the calls I made and the other company had to cancel appt because their machine broke. Window Bright was recommended by a friend and I urgently needed an appt before installing shutters. I called and the lady on the phone was very friendly. I needed a next day appt and they were totally booked. I explained that was the only day I had open and she squeezed me in. I was grateful for that. I received an estimate of $1,400.00 for 24 solar screens and this price would cover my entire including a sliding patio screen. As a special bonus the owner told me he would include four additional windows at no cost . Solar screens were order for what he quote, but on the day of installation he installed all the windows and the sliding patio screens . He told me that the patio screen and the windows in back of the house was not included in the price and I owe him an additional $$480. This was not in my budget so he said he could but my old screen door back on and take the new screen door down. The owner then told me that I did not request solar panels on the back of my house in which I did and it was on the estimate. To make a long story short I had to pay him ninth $1980. Therefore ladies be aware if he's telling you you're getting free service be sure he writes it on the estimate.
