Had to return the vehicle 3 times for mistakes made by Caliber, including paint lines by spoiler,…read morewind noise from new wind shield and obvious sand and buff marks on existing headlight. Manager wouldn't accept responsibility and told me the marks were there before and that it was "sun damage" when it was visually obvious that a buffer made the marks and the car has no sun damage any where else on the car. After multiple trips to drop off and pick up the car, along with loss of use of the car for all the times it was being repaired, I asked if they could compensate for gas. Manager was rude and unprofessional and told me no, and hung up on me. Another Manager offered a gift card, which I thanked him for, but of course I never received anything. If I were you I wouldn't trust them with your car if you care about your car and your time at all.
