Hello Management Team, I had an issue today that was an…read morehonest mistake. Initially I spoke to Sarah who tried her best to help me but since money was drafted and cleared from my bank account, things were out of her control. Sarah was very communicative in apologizing and letting me know that her manager, Violet would help me get this resolved and how. Violet called me and explained how the process would work and stayed on the phone the entire time to insure that the issue was resolved with my bank. I called my bank and spoke with a girl named Brandy. After I described the situation, Violet helped to explain the situation further to Brandy to help make her job easier. Everyone today has shown extreme professionalism in their tasks and are keeping a close eye on my account for follow up. I appreciate Violet for offering more solutions and for her diligence. I hope to work with her again in the future.

For an attorney in practice since the 90's and who claims to handle high-value litigation, the firm has no website, no BBB accreditation, and zero professional polish. If you want an attorney who listens, treats clients with respect, actually values the law and makes you feel confident your case is taken seriously regardless of the value, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I provided him with materials about my defense, a video, photographs, and a lengthy statement from which he could answer the questions on the lawsuit. I later found out that he merely submitted what I gave him. He did submit my response to the appropriate court and individuals involved. However he didn't write it anything more than I submitted to him and do it correctly and I receive notice from the the opposing Atty that my response was not adequate and that if I did not provide them with one which met the legal requirements and that I would lose the case. Fortunately my homeowners insurance attorney took over and submitted a legally acceptable response.. Mr. Garcia offered to secure a trust necessary in my case and offered it at additional expense of $1600. Given that the work he did for me was not accepted I do not choose to use him again. Mr. Garcia is charming and presents as caring, but as far as submitting legal documents in the state of Nevada, he is not competent. Even when told that the documents he submitted on my behalf were not accepted, he did not offer me any financial compensation for the fee I paid him.
