I recently brought my car here for the first time. Overall, I was pleased with the service I received. The attendants missed a few places like the cup holders when they vacuumed, but for the most part everything else looked great. My complaint is that something was stolen out of my glovebox. It was an insignificant item that can be easily replaced, but the fact-of-the-matter is that the attendants went into my glovebox when they shouldn't have and stole something from me. Considering I had placed the item in the glovebox just as I pulled into their parking lot, I know there is no chance I could have forgotten where I placed the item. I don't plan to return here and caution others to be careful with what they leave in their cars. read more

Today was the first time going to this car wash and I feel for the price it is definately not worth it. I paid for a top of line package, which they call 'Ulitimate Package' which cost roughly $28. After they finished, below are all the issues that I found were not taken care of: - My front bumper is still full of dead bugs in which wasn't cleaned off, - The rear window still had bird spots on it that did not get removed. - Vacuum was incomplete since I was told the seats would get vacuumed and the same crumbs that were on the seat when I got out the car were still there when I got back in. As well as the rugs, the same leaves were still sitting therel. I do not recommend this car wash to anyone, as I paid $28 for this and you can get 3 car washes for a much better service. read more

The drive through wash is the best I have seen, especially the material on the rollers that actually wash and touch your car. The only negative is finishing, the people rush and miss quite a bit of the water and the towels they use leave a film on the windows. Usually, I only get external wash with tire shine so they do not touch the windows in side. However, this last visit I did the whole inside and out package. The center console was not cleaned well and the windows had the greasy film from the dirty towels. read more

do not come here for self car wash. brought a bucket to wash my car because i want to get a good wash with my own wash mitt. it was my first time at this carwash the owner or manager came over start yelling at us for not seeing the sign that says no bucket washing and continue to say nasty things and threaten to call the cops to get me leaving. I already put my money into the machine when the owner came and started yelling. i wish i didnt. That will be my last time coming to this carwash. They do not treat people right here. read more

Brought my mothers car here to get the unlimited wash. Paid $28 for it. Absolutely not worth the price at all. They do a half fast job, leaving half the car still wet. From the time it was brought out of the wash until the time they finished "drying" the car, was about 3 minutes. I am from Texas, and the place I take my car to is $24, and they do absolutely everything and make sure every inch of the car is dry and that I am happy before I leave. I told my mom I took her car here and she said never to do that again because they charge way too much and don't do a good job. I wish I new that now. Apparently the car wash by the Costco does a really good job and a lot of cheaper. Never going to this place again. read more

This place is bad. It was my first time there and a manager came out to yell (literally) at me for how I was washing my car with a bucket and sponge. He could have asked nicely especially since it was my first time there and he's never seen my car there before, but instead, he told me to get off his private property and he threatened to call the cops. I already put money into the self car wash machine or I would have left right away. I will never go back here. I'd rather drive an extra few miles to another self car wash. It sucks because this is the closest self car wash to me. My car didn't come out good because I wasted my time talking to the manager as he was yelling in my face instead of paying attention to what I was there to do. Don't support a business like this!!! Go to the car wash on 36 near Laurel Ave. It has much more room and the employees there are rarely there, nice, and don't bother anyone. read more

Easily the most expensive car wash i have been to. They did a normal car wash job, but I paid $30.70. I was concerned with the price on the way in, but I was off to a meeting and had no time to shop around. I do not see how they will stay in business when there are pleny of $8-$15 car washes around. read more

They did an amazing job detailing my minivan! I don't know how they got some of the stains in my carpet out .. but they did! The car looked new when they were done, I was very impressed. read more

you got to be kidden me right? the non speaking staff drove my car threw the wash and didnt realize my antenna was up! at what point does the business be held responsible for holding no regards for their actions? snapped my antenna in half.. an $84 dollar antenna. the guy said it was my fault..! its your job idiot! you work day in and day out in the same line of business, you should know to check especially when you get in and drive the car!! and to not even offer a free wash or my money back is just bad business. you just worry about how fast and how many cars you can push threw. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS CAR WASH.!! it wasnt even that good of a wash. just a bad experience with a car wash owner that doesnt car about his patrons. read more

I used to use this car wash for YEARS and never had an incident aside from some general attention to details that the attendants miss (I always find myself "finishing" the job they started). My visit last month (Tuesday) was not any different. I 'clean' my car out before going to the car wash like we all do so I knew there was no issues. I went to the car wash, ran a few errands, went home and proceeded to follow-up clean. This was when I realized the there was a 1 inch scratch and a 1/4 tear in the leather on the driver's seat. I was not happy and like I mentioned I I had just cleaned the car out earlier that day and there was no damages. The following day (Wednesday) I had to work but returned on Thursday. They were closed because it had rained earlier in the day. I was then away for the weekend and returned on Monday after work. I spoke with the supervisor who did nothing and then I asked to speak with an owner or someone higher. The "owner" then came out and looked at the damages. She the proceeded to kind of mock me asking "how do I know you didn't do this?" "why'd you wait so long to come back?" "what is it that you would like me to do?" When I explained that I would not waste my time bothering with this nonsense if I wasn't sure that the damage was caused there she basically laughed in my face. My opinion was that someone got into my drivers seat with something (keys?) in their pocket and scratched/nicked the seat. I left there with no resolution and am looking into the repair right now, but I want to warn other about the level of professionalism that this "owner" displayed. She didn't even offer to reimburse me for a $27 car wash that is inevitably going to cost me a hell of a lot more.... They lost a long time customer and hope others might choose another establishment that backs up their customers. read more

This place was absolutely horrible. I went there today on my lunch to get a car wash, and needed to leave and go elsewhere to get another one. I paid $28 dollars and the outside of my car was still covered in dirt, pollen, and bugs. From the look of the inside, I would say that they didn't even touch my car. This was quite honestly the worst car wash that I have ever paid for. And for the amount of money they charge, they should be ashamed to even open in the morning.
