I got an interior detailing along with an external wash and wax and my car looks exactly as I bought it in 2014. My car was a lot, from food and drink spills, dog hair and slobber, sweat and dirt from picking up my sister and her friends from the beach and sports practices and about 4 years of no true internal maintenance - it was gross. The owner, Marco, is friendly and efficient. I appreciated how upon inspection of my vehicle he did forewarn me of any possible issues for removing dog hair from certain material and that it might take extra time but my expectations were exceeded because the interior of my vehicle is unrecognizable and done faster than anticipated. I do want to note my booking experience. I booked my initial appointment online for a Thursday, I was quickly emailed and phoned by Marco to reschedule due to inclement weather. I rescheduled for a Tuesday and had gotten rained out again, only that time i wasn't notified the shop had closed for the day. I gave it another shot and rescheduled online for the morning after and i received a call from Marco immediately after booking. I explained how I wasn't notified about the second cancellation and he was sincerely apologetic and determined to make this detailing happen. In addition to that call, I received an email later that evening confirming the appointment and making it happen "rain or shine". I'm glad I gave it another shot because my car looks amazing and i really appreciated the ease of booking online and the confirmation calls by the owner directly. Makes the customer experience more genuine. Despite any issues with the above rescheduling scenario I still give this a 5 star rating, because honest mistakes can happen and obviously no one can control the weather, but most importantly my car detail looks superb.

I moved here recently from North Jersey and I live about 3 minutes from this car wash. I needed a new place, local, to keep my three cars as shiny as possible. I really thought this was it, however, this is not where you want to come to get your car cleaned. First time I came here was directly after the snow had cleared from the streets after our large storm. It seems as if my car was washed with ice water and was still filthy and soaking wet when it was so called completed. I just came here again with my new SUV which was not very dirty to begin with. Again, it's still soaking wet. There's still filth all over my mirrors, my wheels and I'm sure my underbody is a disaster. This is an absolute waste of $20. I will never again come here.
