The new manager Manuel was so friendly and helpful in explaining how a monthly plan to keep my second largest asset clean was a good investment. I like the new attire - the Legacy sweaters they all wear now and it helps to know who works there when you need help. Anyway, I will be going there more often now that I enrolled for unlimited washes. Manuel was great. He was not just sitting back in his office but was out there working and greeted me as I first pulled up to select and pay for my wash. We found getting the subscription works best for us! If you only wash your car twice a month, you've almost covered the subscription. If you wash it more than twice a month, it pays for itself! Currently, they're running several special offers, I've included them in the pictures which I've posted with review. I feel that they're a great value, no matter what, and the offers make them even better! I highly recommend not only the car wash, but the restaurant and the grocery/knickknack shop inside. While you're there, check out the restrooms. They are extremely high-quality in cleanliness and design!

My experience with Wash Masters' membership cancellation process was extremely frustrating. I tried…read morethe trial membership and decided not to continue because the location was not convenient for me. The car wash itself was fine, but ending the membership became unnecessarily difficult. For more than a week, I was sent back and forth and told to contact different locations just to cancel. The process felt intentionally confusing and exhausting, as though it was designed to make customers give up before completing the cancellation. After I finally managed to cancel, I was charged for another month almost immediately afterward. I contacted the manager, Jesus Moto, politely asking for assistance, but he did nothing to help resolve the situation. This could have been handled easily and professionally. Instead, Wash Masters lost someone who might have returned in the future, and I would now discourage others from signing up for the membership. Anyone considering joining should keep records of every cancellation attempt and carefully check their bank statements afterward.

I cannot tell you how much time you get per quarter since I used the credit card feature. Place is spotless, hard to do considering what its main purpose is. I pre rinsed my truck, soap Washed, foam brush, rinse again then spot free. I'd say total time I spent was maybe 10-15 minutes. My truck was mostly clean, the dirty spots were simply where I missed using the brush. When switching between wash/rinse...ext it was quick. Some places dispense soap for another minute to build the expense, not here. I will definitely be back. Very pleased with what I received for my money compared to a traditional drive through car wash. For comparison, I did the "delux" wash two weeks ago at Buc-ees two weeks ago and it did not get my truck as clean as it is now.
