I do not recommend this location, I paid $64.99 for a wash inside and out with lack luster results. Then I discovered that cash I placed in my console was taken and my coin holder was also cleaned out. I am so angry about the lack of honesty with this business. There's definitely a car wash epidemic in Denton. Car washes are popping up left and right literally and I'm sure competition is getting tough. One thing that I really appreciate about this location is that it's a little bit better on price than other places and there's some guys at the end that will dry your car by hand with towels. However I feel bad coming here if I don't have cash for tip on hand. The only reason I have this place 4 stars rather than 5 is that I wish there was an option at the pay station to get cash back to give a tip for those guys. They do a great job. I'll give bonus gold stars and get a membership if they offered to vacuum for you, some detailing service, or provide spray/towels to wipe down the interior. read more

Normally I don't leave bad yelp reviews but this place is awful. I paid for the elite car wash & not once did the guy touch my tires only my windshield. Prior to getting my truck dried i specifically asked the cashier if they dry & vacuum the outside & inside & she said yes. But they did not vacuum the inside unless I paid an extra $20 which the cashier did not mention or said anything after I specifically asked her if they vacuum the inside also. When I tried to communicate with the workers none of them spoke English which is fine I speak Spanish also but when I started speaking Spanish they got a bad attitude like I was burden to them. Mind you my antenna broke & they did nothing about it since they had a sign in small writing that says remove all antennas(my fault for not reading small sign) I've taken my truck to countless of drive through car washes & it's never been an issue until this one. I do the $10 car wash and honestly it cleans my car pretty well. Definitely a good place for a decent cheap car wash.

Be aware, the "ultimate" wash at $16 is the drive through wash with a person at the end who cleans the exterior windows only and applies "wheel bright" but oops.....they missed one. (See picture) You then drive your car over to the vacuums and do the interior yourself. Every full service car wash I've ever gone to included a vacuum and wipe down of the interior. So if you're only looking for a wash and exterior window wash, they'll meet your needs. I however, an very disappointed and won't go back again. read more

Nowhere on the sign in front of their cashier office or on the website pages that I used to decide to try them. They charged me $20 and did a half ass job. We've to this place and a interior/exterior detail is $40 compared to $27 at other places around town. Figured for $40 it would be a amazing experience. We've through the wash, we've to lobby, and 5 minutes later waved for me. They dried the vehicle and vacuumed it. Tires were not shined, runs has dirt, inside the car was not wiped down, door jams were wet, front end had bugs. I asked for a refund and the detail guy refused and became hostile. I went and got manager, and I ended up cleaning my own car. They still refused to give a refund. A hostile staff, poor service, and refusal to put any effort to fix my concerns. I will leave this review everyday on multiple social sites for several days until the owner tries to contact me at rtressl39@gmail.com to make this right. Let's see what happens as the local manager refused to provide a corporate level escalation as I recorded the whole conversation and the initial guy getting hostile and the manager refusing to really make anything right. read more

I opted for the quick detail Express UV package with seats and was impressed with the cleaning job. The package included the Elite WashGuys car wash along with the 12 step inside clean, UV protectants and conditioner, and leather seat conditioner. Overall they did a great job in the 25 minute wait. Paid 85 bucks to get detail/ wash. Came back to a Jeep that had the bare minimum done to it. From 10ft away I could see grime and dirt on obvious places. The cup holder didn't even get looked at. The shifter/box were horrid. 70% of dog hair I paid extra for was still in the car....(don't think they used pumice stones to collect hair. Basically, I myself have been doing this long enough to know I just got ripped. 85 bucks for something I could do by myself with a free pump. The only thing they did was wipe down big surfaces with cleaner and then power wash my floor mats. ....I now understand the bad reviews. I wanted to love this place. (10/30 update: I returned today to Denton location and spoke to a fourth manager, Rodrigo, who is fantastic! He walked back into his office, got on the computer and actually cancelled my account immediately! Rodrigo is great and very professional.) ************************************************************ I'm very happy with the actual car wash, but on my 1st visit I was sold the Unlimited Plan by a new manager, only to learn later I was being charged more and sooner. So I returned and spoke to another manager who apologized and tried to cancel the plan. She said there was an error in system and sent a message to corporate. A few days later my bank account I was charged $10. Went back, spoke to a 3rd manager, he told me to use the "contact" feature on website. That didn't work. Today I found the cancel membership process on Wash Guys website, it claims I'm not a member even though I'm charged. This place sucks! They damaged the hood of my brother's truck and when he tried talking to them to complain they said that it wasn't their fault and basically blamed his paint, wtf. Been going there for months and I've had a good car wash every time. I drive through the wash and let them dry it and wipe down the inside and vacuum it as I wait in the lobby. We paid $30 plus a tip. They give you a receipt incase it rains in the next 7 days you can have it rewashed. Today I waited less than 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon when its busy. They have complimentary popcorn and coffee in the lobby with a massage chair, TV, and vending machines. Great customer service. Won't go anywhere else! read more

Be aware members must give 7 business days written notice before renewal date to avoid the next charge. Although I told them 3 months in advance of our 2 month vacation, they didn't tell me about this rule. Not knowing about the rule, I sent a cancelation request 5 business days before I was charged. Therefore, they would not cancel or refund my next monthly charge. They should have at least offered me a month of free washes when I returned, but they didn't do that either. Because they don't care to do the right thing, I'm letting everyone know about the rule hoping to save someone money. They lost a regular customer of this. I wasn't asking them to vacuum but when I inquired about this I was told I didn't pay for vacuuming! Who doesn't have vacuums for customers to use? I paid for a few drops of water.
