Disappointed is an understatement. The place she operates out of is run down, dirty, and the owner is so unprofessional. She rub my back for 15 mins, and laid me under red lights, and couldn't even re-bandage me. I asked where she learned how to do lymphatic massages and she let me know she learned on You Tube. That was enough for me to know I was in terrible hands. Thank god I found Bella Diosa (Christy) if you are considering this business I STRONGLY suggest you don't. Not worth even 1 star but Yelp is nice. I politely texted her and let her know that she was nice, but her method wasn't for me. Instead of her being professional she behaved like a child and became offended and angry. Just a complete terrible experience!! Anyways, be careful!! However, I was surprised to learn that the recommended treatment plan was approximately $4,600 for 20 sessions. For me, that was a significant amount of money for a non-surgical procedure that involved laying under red light therapy twice a week for a little over two months. The staff was friendly and informative, but I did feel there was a strong sales push at the end of my appointment to commit to the package. While some people may find value in the treatment, the cost was much higher than I expected and ultimately not something I felt comfortable pursuing.
