The other mechanics were short with me to the point of being rude, one went so far as to laugh when I asked if I could come in on Saturday (when their website said they were open Saturday.) Stay AWAY from this place! Complete RIP OFF! Just for a simple front brake pad replacement, they charged $338!! There was no issues with my daughters breaks other than needing new "front"break pads! My daughter is in college at Texas State, so when they saw a young female college student needing just new "front" break pads on a Malibu, it was their opportunity to rob! When I called to question why so high for just front break pads replacement, the excuse they gave me was they have been sued before so they have a high overhead charge, they added a little bit of break fluid and that he ALWAYS gives top quality service so his prices reflect that! The owner also said most oil change places around town doesn't even have a bathroom for their customers but his does. What kind of BS was that! ****DO NOT USE THIS PLACE as you will be paying for their bathroom service. What a COMPLETE RIP OFF for less than a 30 minute job and just to change 2 front break pads (no issue with the rotor), or anything else with the breaks has he had confirmed....over $338!! read more

You guys I cannot even begin to find words. I first came into quick align over a year ago to get my wheel bearing replaced on my Honda and Steve was quick with getting an appointment and getting it done within a few hours. Fast forward a year later I needed to replace the other side and I let him know that I think something was up with the side that had already been replaced. My appointment wasn't until Thursday this week 1/14/21 but I called him Monday and asked if he had anything sooner because my car was loud and squeaky. He was able to fit my car in and replace both sides. The replaced side was under warranty so I paid nothing for that. I also went ahead and did an alignment because I hit a curb 6 months ago. What brought me back was that ever so often I would get a text from Steve making sure that everything was still okay with my vehicle. That's customer service that can't be beat. read more

Keeping a paid off truck with no factory warranty on the road is not easy. Steve always shoots me straight and the time in shop and price are more than fair. Steve's also quite a character if you can keep up with his wit, The shop still has a small town / home town feel and together with great service it makes paying for the repairs an sending them friends and family a little easier. Do yourself a favor and call first for an appointment, they're usually about a few days out on repairs as our town has grown significantly. read more

Very friendly staff, however their quoted price and what they charge are definitely not the same. I was quoted $300 and the bill was $550. I requested that an alignment not be done after the brakes were repaired I was charged for an alignment. QuickAlign had done previous work on the brakes and I was told all was good. Then after 2846 miles, I needed more brake work done read more

I needed my alignment fixed on a dropped Ram 1500. I called ahead and made an appointment for the morning. When I arrived the manager explained politely that his main technician called in sick so I would have to come back another day. I explained to him that I'd already moved things around so that I could be there that morning. The manager apologized and said he could make it happen for me but I wouldn't get my truck back till closing time. I had no problem leaving my truck as long as the problem was fixed. Well I am completely satisfied with the work done on my truck and the manager was very polite. I'd give Quick Align 5 stars but I had to wait till closing time to get my truck. Quick align has very reasonable prices (about 30 bucks cheaper than the other local guys) and a very polite manager! I will use them again in the future! This place is beyond outstanding! I've been taking my Honda Accord here since 2012 and they get everything done right the first time. Steve's the most honest upfront owner you will ever find in auto repair and I'm so thankful to have an awesome team of mechanics taking care of my car. Set an appointment a week before to have work done on Saturday morning. Left vehicle with the factory parts still in the boxes from Toyota. Received a call at noon later that day and was told that some of the parts were not in the box so I drove back to NB from Wimberley to pick up my sons vehicle. I looked in the box and the bottom of the box were the parts that were "missing". I took the "missing" parts back and showed them to Steve the owner. He said well now there's not enough time today to have the work done. Wasted my time and gasoline. Would not recommend, in fact, I would warn any potential customers against doing business at Quick Align. The silver lining is that I called Tire Man in Austin today and was quoted roughly 1/2 price for the same work. read more
