Great back drop for a morning breakfast buffet.
    Adam B.

*For the breakfast buffet* Came around 8:15am on a Saturday and was immediately greeted by a friendly wait staff and direct us to our table right away. Set up of the restaurant is very nice and unexpected for a hotel restaurant. Beautiful big open windows with a jungle-like backdrop. Upon seating we were presented fresh squeezed orange juice which hit the spot. With a large spread for a buffet, I was excited to get to work! With everything from a light English breakfast of meat and cheese to your more traditional fruit, sausage, egg, bacon, oatmeal and roasted red potatoes. Plenty of food and served nice and hot. They do a nice job of meeting breakfast expectations. A must try is their omelet bar. With an on call chef and an array of meat and veggies, create your own omelet and enjoy. Side note, they did allow a patron to bring his dog in, and it was not a service or aid dog... (I love dogs, but I find this very inconsiderate of others especially in a restaurant)

    Happy hour advertisement.

We stayed at Marriott north for an extended layover. We decided to catch happy hour for their cocktail and beer special. The waiter was very welcoming. He was attentive and gracious. The drinks were excellent for $5. I had a mixed drink and my husband had domestic beer. He had a great pour as I was buzzed at 2 drinks. If in the area would certainly go back even if not happy hour!!

This place is inside of the Marriott hotel. We were not aware of the breakfast buffet. But came 5 mins prior to the buffet closing at noon. The staff Mookie & Timothy were welcoming, and held off cleaning up the buffet until making sure we were well taken care of. The staff displayed excellent service and was very attentive to our needs. Very friendly, and made our experience worth while. The breakfast itself was ok. I'm full now as I'm writing this review sitting on the coach in the restaurant watching college football. Even on the couch they are still making sure we re ok. Great service.

I stay here often for business and I have tried almost everything on the menu. The food is delicious. The best entree is the sirloin filet, it is to die for. The sea scallops are amazing as well. Salads, sandwiches and soups are great. I'm not one for sweet potato fries but I actually enjoyed them here. You really can't go wrong. Prices vary, sandwiches are about 10, most expensive is the filet mignon at 36. Also during the week they have a buffet for about $12. Definitely worth stopping by for a nice meal.

Ordered the Margherita flatbread pizza and it was cold, tasted microwaved not baked. Bartender had zero personality.

Located inside the hotel, this restaurant is bright and airy and the food is extraordinary. The service is also impressive from the moment you check in and while dining. And don't worry, it's not only for hotel guests. It's open to the public! We started with some appetizers and loved the Fish Dip. The Burrata and Beets were also delicious and very fresh. For the main course, highly recommend the Salmon and of course the NY Strip. Both were perfectly cooked and paired well with the side of Brussels Sprouts and Mac N Cheese. And for the pasta lovers, try the Pappardelle with Short Rib. It melted in my mouth indeed! Also, don't skip on the cocktails. I enjoyed the Mezcal Margarita and my friend loved the Paloma. Whether you're staying in the hotel or just visiting, this restaurant is putting the "New" in "New American" with a fresh, globally-inflected take on coastal dining!

For entrees we did the branzino which was by far so soft and seasoned deliciously and the steak frites was yummm!!!! And the fat of the steak melted in my mouth. This is a great restaurant to come with friends or even family it's truly a great welcoming vibe and right next to the beach and also a great place to go for a staycation if your local and looking for a nice spot to catch some good R&R and good food and service.

We chose to sit outside to enjoy the view. It was a little warm, but definitely worth it for the scenery. We ordered the shrimp sushi roll and the fresh catch branzino. The shrimp roll was excellent and definitely our favorite. The branzino was fresh and well prepared, though it wasn't our favorite dish of the meal. Our friends ordered the burger with fries, and they absolutely loved it. The service was friendly and attentive throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back for the views, great service, and delicious food.

Lauderdale and drove over here since we were in the area. Their fish tacos were one of their popular dishes so I opted for that and my husband got chicken cordon bleu. We also got the trout dip with pita bread but I didn't get a picture of that because we were all starving and then dessert was key lime pie and pistachio gelato. I did not expect the tacos to be so big. I also got this place mixed up with another place called the beach house so I was looking at the completely wrong menu! I took a pic for anyone looking and didn't feel like clicking 4x to get to it on their website. Back to the tacos -- the slaw was very juicy so don't forget to place your napkin! The mango salsa was not too sweet to overpower the rest of the taco and the beans and rice -- we were told was cooked in beef broth so it was very flavorful! It was way too much food to eat in one sitting (although I somehow managed to down 7/8 of that gelato it's a stomach mystery! And I don't like keylime pie so I didn't try it but the crust looked AMAZING! See ya in March! We're coming for you, patio! *side note: even though it was 94 degrees outside, they had a ton of fans blowing indoors and I was really cold. Goosebumps cold. My husband went to get my hoodie from the car and it's valet parking so he made a trek!

We went on a Friday night at 6. (happy hour is a generous 4-7) There was live music, the bar was busy and the service was immediate and excellent. The HH menu offers 5 plates for $35 so we ordered: Filet Slider, Wings, meatloaf and mashed potatoes, spicy fried shrimp and ribs with coleslaw and corn. Everything was good and it was enough food for two people replacing dinner with a happy hour. We each had two drinks and ended with a highly excellent bread pudding with ice cream and Carmel topping. Worth mentioning is my pet peeve (not enough ice cream) was completely avoided- the ice cream was creamy and enough for a nice scoop with every bite. Also the music was great, not too loud and great play list. Our new fav happy hour. Tip- parking facing the street is free but facing the building is pay. Something about the city owning one side and the county owning the other... Five stars!
