No more dropped calls. And I do not mean to be a advocate for Apple but their products have not presented me with near the problems. Only issue we had was an over charge on our bill from Verizon. I called and they insisted it was correct and seemed not willing to investigate it further with me. That cost them a star here. However, the next bill showed a correction for the overcharge. They didn't care and acted like I was trying to get into Fort Knox even though VERIZON SUPPORT LITERALLY TOLD ME TO GO THERE???. So version phone support can't help me and these people refuse to help me. I'm actually forced to switch to ATT which is just WILD. Additionally it's asinine how large their sign is out front. You cannot see oncoming traffic and a pedestrian was almost hit because it blocks everything to the left when you're pulling out. An extreme danger to customers and I'm like 90% sure it's illegally close as well. Anywho, 0/10 would not go here to deal with the rude and lazy "workers" here.
