We immediately gave him a bath and applied tick and flea medication we rushed out and bought and let him just rest while my son cried thinking his dog was sick or not going to be okay. He was the opposite of his normal self when we picked him up. Mac is a very happy, healthy, loving, and energetic 1 1/2 year old pup who is full of love and life. This was after we had the worst day traveling back from Florida and were told we had until 8:30 pm to grab him when we got back which we have text messages from her employee stating that and when we arrived to get him no one was onsite and the dogs were just howling and crying. It took numerous texts and calls to finally get some girl and her boyfriend to arrive and give us our Mac. I had done a lot of research and had a 40 min call with Christine months before boarding Mac there and we text daily while gone on our trip. She knew this was our and his first time being away from each other and him being boarded and to get my dog back in this condition and he isn't acting like himself at all is just devastating. I would not recommend ever to anyone at all especially for a tiny pup. 0/10.

I've been taking my dogs here since I moved to Kentucky in 2019. I've seen several of their…read moreveterinarians, and Dr. Thacker is my favorite. The vet care is adequate; however, there are a few issues to be aware of. As someone else mentioned, there is no grass for relieving your nervous pet prior to going in or coming out of the building. I've also consistently had problems with accurate documentation of vaccines and mentioned multiple times by email, phone, and in-person that my dog is up-to-date with vaccines and they can stop sending me notices in the mail. I provide proof of this every time, but it still continues. A huge negative is that there was no vet or tech follow-up conveying recent lab test results causing a delay in treatment. I was told results take two weeks, but the date on the paperwork shows they had access to the results a full week ago. Only after I called, was a plan of treatment set in place. I have considered going to a different location for veterinary services due to these issues, but likely the next place would have their own issues. One plus for this office is that they coordinate care with an an outside provider who provides chiropractic care and red-light therapy.
