As they say, the first impression is always a lasting impression! I was greeted by the staff upon arrival. We were made to feel very welcome. Kara immediately began to interact with Carter which helped when it came time to leave him. When picking Carter up at the end of the day I received the same great treatment. Carter will definitely be back for multiple future visits as I've been looking for a daycare that I'm confident with leaving my fur baby for extended hours multiple times a week. I'm confident he will be well taken care of and looked after. All the staff was great! read more

It has took my pet 3 weeks to recover from the last visit. (Vomiting, diarrhea) I called and ask them if virus was going around and they didn't know..They called to "check" on her days later and I told them everything that was going on with her and they could only say sorry. No offer to do anything else. If I hadn't of got her put in the hospital she more than likely would not have survived. They can't tell me why she was limping for 2wks after leaving her there either. I see another dog owner on here that this same thing happened to her dog..with throwing up etc... read more

We took our Great Dane here for the first time 2 years ago and they really impressed us! We got a tour, they took specific notes on how to care for him and even told us about their Webcam we could use to see our pup even on vacation! We've taken him and our parents' dog back to For Paws for every vacation we've taken since! They are simply the best and care for our pups the way we would! read more

Love For Paws Unleashed! My dogs visit for daycare 3 times a week and are always excited to go. They smell great when they leave and I am always updated on how their day went! I love being able to see the outside yards easily as well as indoor play areas. They treat my dogs like family! read more

I was recommended to For Paws by a friend who has used their services before. Our first boarding experience was fine and no issues. My dog seemed quite happy when I picked her up. Second boarding experience is very questionable and quite alarming. My dog (less than 1yrs old) came home very lethargic but bounced back it seemed like the following day. After being home for 3 days, she started throwing up almost non - stop. Very early in the morning she threw up almost a the whole canvas covering of a toy. She does not get plush toys or any toys at all because she eats them. We end up going to her vet for x rays fluids etc. and the vet tech stated this is more than likely from a canvas covered toy that she got ahold of. I call For Paws asking what happened over her stay and how she got ahold of a toy when she was not sent with any. I understand dogs will be dogs at the end of the day but just saying "we don't know how she could have gotten ahold of a toy. We don't recognize it etc" doesn't just remove the fact she clearly ate one when staying there. When I asked for any help with the vet bill since I would not have one at all if she never went there over the weekend. They denied helping out since they can't "tell what toy it came from" maybe that's because the toy was in my dogs stomach? Either way, I'm disappointed by the lack of customer service received considering my dog had a whole toy in her stomach. Unfortunately we won't be back because I cannot risk an incident like this again. read more

i visited for paws unleashed for the first time. they took us on a tour of their facility. we were pleasantly surprised! this facility is quite large, clean, doesn't have any odors, the staff is friendly and accommodating. we will be taking our dog there in the future for a few days and feel like she will be in good hands. you have to visit this facility to appreciate it! barbara s. berea, ky read more
