If you want quality work and truthful customer service, I advise you NOT to go here. I can't say anything about their tinting work since I only got PPF done. But, their PPF work is just bad. And, mine was even done by their owner, Sophia. As you can see from the photos attached, this business just does not care about their work. As an example, the edges of my bumper was lifting everywhere all the way around. The top edges got dirt trapped in after the rain we had. So, I brought it back and Juan said it needs to be replaced after taking a look. However, when I picked up the car the next day, all Sophia did was cut away the lifted portions. Issues from doing this: - I paid for a bulk install so that I won't see the lines like you do with a computer cut. But, by cutting away the lifted portions, it looks even worse than a computer cut job since the cuts are not straight. - Some of the edges still have dirt trapped and some edges still lifting up. The spoiler PPF was also apparently done by computer cut, even though it was clearly stated beforehand that all work is bulk install. And, even this computer cut was done poorly as shown in the picture. How they deliver the car completely knowing they cut corners is beyond my comprehension. This tells you all you need to know about how they treat their work. Funny part was listening to Juan trying to explain how no work can be perfect and this is better than every other PPF work he has seen done by other shops in the area. If your work is this bad, at least do not put down the work of other shops. She told me to come back for the third time so she can fix it again. No way. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. It costs me money and time from work to keep on going back and forth this place. I can't give them another cent of my money or my time. read more

Fernando, the owner, runs an all family run tinting business. It is nice to see a family that can work together. I called them this afternoon to see if there was any possibility of getting my windows tinted today. I spoke to Manny who told me that they could definitely get my car done and bring it over. I met with Fernando the owner who also does the tinting and he explained to me the various options which included the Rayno tint and the nano ceramic Rayno tint. There are various Levels of tint such as S5 or S7 however Fernando only uses the S9 in the shop which is the highest level of tinting. Rayno does not use any dye in their tint so it will not change color over the years. Fernando gives you a lifetime warranty on his installation so if there is any problems at all down the road he will take care of it. His receipt clearly states his warranty on the back which is great for reference. I opted for the nano ceramic which almost completely blocked out all the heat (not just uv rays which are blocked 99.9%. They have a very cool demo box in which a heat lamp is turned on and they can slide grease pieces of window glass with that or is tense on them as you can see the difference in heat transfer. My car came out excellent and he even worked late until 7pm to get the jib done. His price is great.
