R removal of the mascara because it is waterproof. They never once tried to oversell me. They never once made me feel guilty for buying just two items. They were professional, warming and listened, and as I am an older woman, they respected what I was saying. As an older client, I have been as invisible, I've been not respected, and I've been ignored by most so it was such a refreshing experience to be seen as an individual age.

She worked on it and removed the heartbeat of my zit and because it was so GiNormous that I had to go back again for her to extract more of it - for FREE the second time. She even went above and beyond by throwing some other work on my face without charging and I know that blue light is another $50 somewhere else but, she gave it to me because I needed it! How wonderful. Oh, and I had her do my eyebrow and lip wax and it's been almost two weeks, no sign of any growth coming back! Whatever wax she uses, it's amazing - just like her! Just happy they are closer to me and I don't need to drive out to San Jose to visit their store.
