We had a broken pump and needed it replaced quickly in the Phoenix heat. Shawn answered my questions and gave me recommendations outside of business hours and scheduled our repair to happen in 36 hours. He came out this morning, was fast, efficient and super friendly to work with. We now have a great new pump and the pool is clean again! He sent me a receipt for my payment the same day and also filed for a rebate for me. Gold star service. He knows Hayward and Pentair and I'm sure he works with others too. I told him to hook up the equipment & I'd get in the pool & do the blasting myself. What a primadonna! Did this & called / text / vm him to get a new date & they all went unanswered. Drove by his place & the work van was parked in the garage with the door opened. My guess is he underbid. I hired Juan to clean our tile, drain the pool and power wash the pebble tee to remove the calcium…read moreresidue after cleaning it off. The calcium levels in the pool were very high and it was time to get calcium buildup off. I called and he came by with his employee to give a quote quickly. They were friendly and professional on this day. On the day of the cleaning they arrived 1 hour late and the 2 workers began to clean the tiles. They took about 45-60min to blast my 40x20 pool- it was very fast. (previous time it took them 2 hours) They wet the tile down when they finished and sprayed down the sides with power washer. They were in/out of my property gate in about 90 minutes. I noticed when they power washed that the tiles were not sprayed just the pebbletec. They put the hose in the pool and left. The next day I noticed there was still a white haze on the tiles (which can't be seen when wet). I called Juan and asked him to fix this and he said they would. It was over the weekend so they came back Monday to make it right- which I greatly appreciated. Juan supervised the work this time and the tiles looked better after the second round but there was so much of the dust/debris in bottom of my pool now and I had paid $300 for them to drain it and have clean water and filters and now both the pool and the filter/pump was filled with junk. They had me run the vacuum and then they came back a few days later to clean out my filter pump, which left a huge mess all behind it when the debris drained from my pump. Ever since this happened, we have been having a lot of problems with the pump sucking in more air and shutting off unexpectedly. The skimmer baskets will suck the water down below water level and make loud noises- this never happened prior to them draining my pool. They fixed the air being sucked in when they came back the second time by trying to bleed air out of the lines but it just happens again after running the pump for several hours. Juan told me the pump had a bad seal but it was just replaced in November and we never had issues with it until they serviced the pool. I think what bothered me most was that we went to use the hot tub about 10 days after they serviced the pool and the hot tub light wouldn't work. So I called Juan to see if he could come back to troubleshoot the light not working and he got very angry on the phone with me telling me he "didn't like my attitude" and he was extremely defensive and started yelling at me. He refused to come back out and take a look at the problem, saying it was working when he left so the light must have just burnt out. We had paid them to change one of the main pool lights when the pool was drained and when the pool was re-started the hot tub light was constantly flashing through the light cycles and wouldn't settle on a single color. After I synced the pool lights, the hot tub light then would not work /come on at all. I called Juan to ask him to come and see what the light problem was- I figured maybe the wiring is loose or perhaps I am not syncing it properly? But early in the phone call, Juan got very defensive and verbally berated me and then raised his voice and started yelling at me. At some point he said we "should part ways" and that "he didn't want to do business with me" and then promptly hung up on me. THE WORST SERVICE and treatment I've ever received. The irritating part is that he wouldn't even let me explain the problem but was very defensive about everything. I can NOT recommend this company. Look elsewhere. I don't know if it's because I am a woman or if he just got angry that I was wanting another thing on the job made right, but either way- I won't be able to hire them ever again after being treated so rudely and with such disrespect. These problems only came after they did the work.......

I'm gonna say $215 a month for a service fee, including chemicals if they're providing your service. Do your research theirs other vendors out there that are $50-$60 a month less expensive and that's including chemicals.
