    My real estate asset mgr and I have been reaching out to Bluepoint pools for over 2 months now and have yet to receive an email response. We totally understand that due to Covid -19, there have been some changes and things may be slow now. With that said, does that mean the warranty on our pool is now void? Does that mean our 90K investment is at risk? Are you trying to dodge us until our warranty period is up? And after you didn't even finish the job/repairs last summer? After Omar lies to other contractors & landscapers about my character as well as posted a nasty, defamatory unprofessional response on yelp, to my initial complaint, are you still acting unethically? Do you realize that I have the evidence and resources to sue you -and win - if I chose too? I'm sure you don't want that and neither do I. You know that I have a child with a major disability and this pool was for him. You also know that I am a single mom & full time nursing student, so my time at this point is extremely limited and thus, the ONLY reason why I did not purse the defamation lawsuit. Now, you are providing yet another reason to bring this to court. You need to respond ASAP! Your email is still working, I assume. We need the tiles fixed that broke off and this dangerous table you suggested we have installed, removed. The company that will remove the table needs information from you immediately so that they can start the work. Please, I hope that you can one day have the desire to do what's right and ethical before AND after you take someone's money. If I have any questions about our pool I am extremely concerned that you will not address any of them! Who wants to have a pool installed by a company and then in the future that customer can't get any questions about their own pool answered because the builder wont respond? I THINK NO ONE! Keep that in mind if you decide to use them. Will they complete all aspects of your agreed upon project and will they be available for you after your pool is installed for your warranty repairs or any questions that you may have.

    Meshell D your review Is spot on. 1st-off EVERYTHING with Omar has to be in DETAILED writing, His word is no good. 2nd-make sure he list everything that's included and every option that is not included. This way it's in writing... I learned this when I did not get AUTO-FIL, but At signing Omar told us it was part of the "FULLY AUTOMATED PACKAGE" 3rd is to get EXACT details of what's going to be COMPLETED before each payment is due. He begged me for the last progress payment before my equipment was completely installed/ or even had water in my pool. Before I start, blue points workers were good workers when they showed up. Signed w Omar 6/11/19. Omar told us 3 months for completion of our project. Said his workers would be at our house everyday including weekends and holidays to get it completed asap. They only showed up 1 MAYBE 2 days a week. Never showed up when he said they were. Omar Ignored all of our concerns.. only answered his phone and text to his convenience. This is where my project stands today: *pool is losing 1" of water a day, this is after Omar found a crack in the mini pebble tech and tried to repair it himself. Omar hired a leak detection on 9/26/19. They showed up 10/8/19 couldn't complete the inspection cuz they forgot their wet suit. Then canceled once after the rescheduled appointment and rescheduled for 11/7/19. Have not received any kind of report from the leak detection. (6 weeks to complete a leak inspection ) *I have 19 cracks in my concrete pool deck not including the 2 in the driveway that bluepoint also poured.. concrete was poured in August 2019. my concern is the leak is saturating the soil and creating foundation problems.. Omar laughs *faulty spa light. Hayward came out to repair but couldn't because the mini pebble tech is covering the light/lights. Liability issue. They said the mini pebble has to be chipped out before they can change out the lights.. Omar has not addressed. *ledgerstone that We upgraded to level 4 which is PART of the change order money needs repair cuz it's crooked and cracked on multiple tiles. *no umbrella holder installed in the Baja step as in the contract So quick run down... I seen the inconsistency's early in the project when they were not showing up when they were supposed to and it was very concerning. So me and Omar agreed I could hold on to $5000 for the final payment to insure everything was going to get done Correct.. that was his WORD! *My pool original cost $65,500 +Plus+ *Change orders $2,933 *Total cost of pool and change orders $68,433 *Omar's been PAID $63,500 as 8/21/19... *our balance owed is $4,933 (less then the $5000 we agreed on) and he is still harassing me for payment and job is NOT complete! Omar says he's not addressing these issues until he's paid in full cuz I can't be trusted?! But he's 94% paid... I attached a screen shot of his text on 10/24/19 along with the 19 cracks on 2 month old concrete... Lastly Omar is a GREAT talker. Promises the world. my wife Korina V put a 5 star review on yelp for blue point the day of our signing, trying to help him and his business out and now look where we are.

    We went with the Tahoe color pebble tech and the pictures do even do it justice.

    We could not be happier with our pool remodel. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They addressed all of our questions and possible concerns immediately. Most importantly, the price was excellent and the finished product came out even better than we expected. I could not possibly recommend them more. A+

    I had a terrible experience with Premier Pools & Spas. They subcontract everything with little to…read moreno supervision. Their crew broke a gas and water line, and I was told to fix it myself.l, after i constantly told them before they were there before signing contract and before job started.The project manager never showed up except to collect payment, and they won't even attend the final inspection. Extremely poor communication and zero accountability. I would not recommend this company. Never had a final in person walk through with project manager or company manager, for such a size project for homeowners. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I will not recommend Premier Pools & Spas. You also never mentioned to me, prior to excavation or even before I accepted the project proposal, that I needed to hire a plumber to handle or standby for possible gas or water line issues. What was communicated to me was that your team was aware there could be unknown lines and that caution would be used during excavation. At this point, I do not intend to continue arguing this matter publicly. You will instead receive my formal feedback, concerns, and documentation directly through your office.
