Very cool place to have coffee especially on a nice day. Patio out back is wonderful. The former auto repair shop's doors when open, extends to area and lets ample amount of light in. Blueprint coffee has a multitude of options which can be nauseating when reading the menu. At any rate, this place is good for light lunch break meals. The slower pace lends itself to a relaxed atmosphere. Few parking onsite but plenty of street parking. They offer you free carbonated water with your order when you dine in.

Based off experience alone, this place was definitely worth going to. I went during a random post snow day for a coffee fix, and ended up being taught about the wonders of coffee from a knowledgeable barista. He was able to assist me with understanding what flavor profile to expect from each coffee (which sounded more like tea descriptions) and was able to pick one. It was a refreshing experience, and the people were so nice. Very warm feeling on a cold day.

Today, as summer gives way to fall, I'm taking some moments to read, absorb, and savor a really good cup of coffee. St. Louis has made solid spots, but if I'm going to enjoy something nuanced, well-sourced, and delicious, I'm coming to Blueprint Coffee on Watson. I love the whole vibe of this place - natural light spilling through the many windows of this former car garage, good music playing, plants everywhere, warm wood, yellow furniture, and non-pretentious, friendly baristas - and the single cup coffee is a fave. Today's cup was Turaco, rich, dark, with some smoke and tart berry. When it's really nice outside, they roll the garage doors up, and the breeze paired with everything else is glorious. There's long communal table seating inside and a back patio with multi-top tables under shade, so whatever dynamic you're looking for with your coffee, Blueprint offers it. Solid breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and more, as well. It's definitely a go-to coffeehouse for me in the city when I'm just wanting space to sip, savor, and enjoy.

Stopped by for coffee with a friend we were kind of unsure about the place but after wards we really enjoyed the coffee and scones. Very small place we had to park across the street barely any parking. Inside is very small also not a lot of seating outside. Also they are very pricey. The service wasn't really all that great the guy didn't bother to interact with us as much while we were asking questions about the menu.

Let me start this by saying that I wasn't here last weekend or anything. It's been a while. I wrote this review when I came home to save for when I was holed up in my home recuperating from having my 2nd knee replaced. All that being said, this is based on my first visit. I have been here at least 4 times since. I mean, I gave it a 5 star review didn't I? Anyway, this is their location in the Lindenwood Park Neighborhood. It's a cozy old service station that creates the most tasty drinks. I usually drink a dirty chai. As a matter of fact when I drink one from here I go home and clean my whole house. And, I don't even taste the bitterness of the espresso. Everyone there is super nice. I usually tell them what my go to was at a different place I tried and they give me something from their creative minds. I ALWAYS end up liking it. Speaking of, I have tried to "make" cold brew with chocolate milk but it sure doesn't taste anything like theirs. The food was good. We just got a couple of bars that had a lot of grains and seeds. (Yes, I didn't write down the name of them.) Those bars kept my tummy full for a long time and was really good. It's not the biggest space but there is space to sit outside, again, not a lot, but that is typical honestly. There is a little parking lot in front of the building but honestly, I would stick to the streets. It's just easier. You know I will definitely be back. I've already been back 4 times.

Amazing coffee!! Reminds me of my favorite place in Tucson. Coffee is naturally sweet, awesome woodworking and vibe. Great service!

Blueprint has the best latte in St. Louis (out of all the places I've tried! My favorite is the ice caramel latte with whole milk (not much of a non-dairy milk gal). The Watson location also has a little outside area. Not as many seating spots inside, but still a good size. Parking lot can only hold 3 cars but street parking is usually super easy to find. The staff is always knowledgeable and kind. I always look forward to stopping in! There's usually always a line but it goes quick. They have food options (some vegan options for folks who need it).

I was very happy with this place. My cappuccino was good and beautiful! I also had a egg biscuit sandwich that was fantastic! I got the 3 cheese one. Biscuits are great! Small outdoor sitting area and indoor seating of course. Limited parking in front. A little bit of GPS weirdness finding Blueprint. It is set back a bit on Watson. Look for a blue emblem on a pole. Their logo. I will include a picture. It was a Brake Repair Shop before I guess? Now says Reliable Break Service. Love it! . Nice big garage doors.

Fun little coffee spot! Lots of different drink options and a few good offerings. I liked the decor and the use of roll up doors to help make the space more open and airy. Staff was helpful in picking options and patient while we figured out what to try. My wife and daughter got coffees while I tried an iced tea. Cool spot to hang out. No drive through, not that kind of coffee place!

Everything is amazing! From the atmosphere, to the customer service, and of course the COFFEE! You can't go wrong stopping by Blueprint for a cup of joe!

Coffee not for the faint of heart! Sure it's strong and will definitely put hair on your chest. It's Java love at first sip.

Blueprint is my favorite coffee shop. From their great selection of baked goods to their incredible coffee selection they have been our go to for our coffee needs and friend dates. I always go for the biscuit with butter + jam or the egg biscuit sandwich both are 10/10! The egg sandwich has a tomato jam that is too die for and they have truly perfected the egg patty. For coffee, my partner loves their cold brew and I tend to go for their lattes usually with oat milk and salted caramel syrup but you can never go wrong with their seasonal drinks. Ambiance-- they are always playing incredible music, they have seating areas in the front and back of the cafe, tons of plants to brighten even the grayest of days. They host markets in the front lot and even have a basketball hoop if you are feeling up to shooting some shots. Service-- we love everyone that works here! They are incredibly warm, helpful, and you can tell they care deeply about their customers. Really thankful that we have this gem close by. They are the reason why we are regulars. Shoutout to Ethan, Micah, Ashley, MG, Ryan, Jordan and Britton.

Two things about me: I love a seasonal drink and a reimagined building! Once upon a time, Blueprint Coffee Bar's Watson location was an auto-repair shop. The garage doors lend gorgeous natural lighting to the transformed space and the walk-up window makes for a warm welcome when the weather is right! The back patio is a neat little plant-filled nook, the perfect shaded spot for summer sips.

This one did, so I walked over from the restaurant where we were after lunch. This is a very pleasant shop with lots of available seating. It just has a rather modern look, and it was very nice and clean. I came up to talk to a friendly barista. The pour over menu was a bit confusing because there wasn't a lot of information directly on the menu, I asked about one pour over because I had never tried a bean of that origin before. She had good things to say about it, but she said that, if I wanted something fruity or floral to try Haro Wachu from Ethiopia. It was as if she read my mind because I had been wanting to try a natural processed Ethiopian. I'm really glad I took her suggestion! It was one of the best cups of coffee I've ever tried. I didn't taste so much of a note of fruit in it, but I still loved it! I made sure to make a note of what it was in case I have room for more beans at home and want to order it. So, I do wish it was easier to tell what each pour over was in the menu (They have a lot at reasonable prices!). However, I left there thoroughly impressed with the coffee. If you are out on Delmar Loop, they are definitely worth visiting.

I had decided on Avocado toast, it tempted me most as it was served on Union Loafers bread, who can resist that? Not me. I was given a number and chose to sit at the counter, lots of tables and counter space and additional room up the stairs. When my name was called for my latte, I was excited! It was beautiful! I really enjoyed the flavor, not too sweet and just the right amount of coconut. A server brought my avocado toast. It was also beautiful. All you need is positioned at the end of the counter, utensils, napkins, go boxes, hot sauce, etc. I liked the presentation but immediately spread the microgreens over the whole toast, moved the egg to the center and cut the toast in half forgetting to take a picture! Darn, camera always eats first but I totally forgot. I enjoyed the toast and would order it again. Good food, friendly staff!

The staff were fine, you can tell they're trying to get people through quickly. I would appreciate a simple "Hey, have you been in before?" instead of "What do you want?" but maybe that's a personal preference. We tried 3 coffees -- the Maple Brown Sugar latte, the Bananas Latte, and a White Chocolate Mocha, all iced. The drinks ranged from decent to great. My favorite was the Bananas Latte. I do find their coffee a bit bitter compared to others in the area. I'm excited to come back and try another drink. It's nice to have a smaller coffee shop in the area. 3.5/5

Story Title: Wait. am I still near downtown St. Louis?…read more Okay, so plain and simple story I took all day off from the office for an event later in the night, and like the forgetful old-man I am. I need to grab brunch. So I'm out on the road literally floating around towns in St Louis counties, when I come across a store that has a FARM tractor display in the front. I stop, look around, there ain't be no barns out here that the tractor is from... maybe that's why the tractor is parked in front of the store? I look around some more.. wait a minute there ain't be no farms out here that there would be any barns out here that the tractor is from? So i figure i have to stop off and get reality straightened out. Yes, that's I-44 i see over there, and S. Jefferson I see over there. I _am_ still in St.Louis, aren't I? This isn't Kansas is it, Dorothy (Yes, i was going to use that for the title of the story: "We're not In Kansas are we Toto?") Anyway, so I pullup in the street parking (You wIll not find any parking lots in there area) that aren't a walk away and aren't reserved for other buildings. Fortunately, it's the not the weekend, so plenty of street parking. So we walk up to the store.. Breakfast all day! Lunch all Day! But wait.. can you do that legally? Let's go find out... Right by the door is the paper menu, which means you don't have to wait by the counter to figure out what you want (well, wouldn't you know it, that's what i have to do, as the couple in front of me have NO idea what to order so they stand at the corner...). Come on folks, it's "breakfast all day!" i know what i Need! Anyway, that's not on the owner.. what comes next is "sorta" on the owner. Afternoon heat wave, order a quick breakfast burrito and iced tea. No flavored iced teas? No problem.. but you're asking me to pay the TIP now???? Before i know if i'm getting good service? Uhm.. nope not happening. Sorry guys. Do it in the right order. Anyway, so the food takes a while, because .. it's cooked FRESH!!! Oh yes..fresh beef on a fresh grilled Burrito cover, with Fresh sausage and fresh cheese.. i'm in burrito heaven! Anyway the tea doesn't last long, nor does the burrito.. and I realize i"m on an empty tea cup and nobody's come by to ask me for a refill??? ooof.. and you wanted me to tip before hand? (see that would cost you normally). Anyway, being the good little yelper I am , i leave a tip for no refill cause the food was worth it... and then go browsing part 2 of Have a Cow. Now I know most everyone has walked into a cracker barrel and seen their oversized "americana" store with stuff nobody usually buys (except maybe the candies). Well this is very much similar, except it's a "BUY MISSOURI" store. Every product appears to be made in MIssouri. (and I again. loved some of the apron/t-shirts.). If you need just some knick-knack from Missouri or jsut want a piece of scented soaps or candles...and you have a hankering to "BUY LOCAL! SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!" Okay. did i do enouigh to get that message across? If you fail to stop here .. I'm sending Krampus after you for Christmas! So plain and simple.. I do have to penalize for the pre-tip (should never be done!) and the late response on the refills... (especially with it being a heat wave again1) This is definitely a fantastic breakfas...Lunc... breakfast... oh whichever meal you want! Come and GET IT!
