We have had a few little run ins that wasn't good. We was in there once and a girl in training maybe was very rude to this other patient and made fun of the patient and the parent was mad and I don't blame that parent. They also don't do cleanings here either period. My other daughters orthodontist's office do everything literally and was the same price. They are very amazing about working with you on payments. They pulled two teeth, one had to be cut with a saw and yet I felt absolutely nothing and was able to leave under my own recognizance. The following days or recovery were almost eerily easy. No soreness to speak of. Essentially from the moment I walked into their office all of the pain and misery was handled instantly and I can hardly believe a week later it's like it never happened. I went as…read morea TTU freshman to get a simple cavity done. 7 years later and I still experience excruciating pain in my jaw every once in a while and also developed migraines that sometimes turn into ophthalmic migraines. Long story short the dentist hand slipped while she had a numbing needle in the upper left side of my gums. She let out an audible "whoops" and I felt a sharp pain in my left jaw joint. Idk if she hit the joint or a nerve but 7 years later and I still suffer extreme consequences. I hope there is an afterlife just so that I can see that dentist again and let them know how much pain they put me through for the last 7 years and god knows how much more pain I'll experience because of this. This whole place should be shut down

Had the worst experience here…read more Was there for over 3 hours when all I needed was part of my permanent retainer to be re-glued on one side (which I was told on the phone should be no problem). I had a similar incident last time which took nearly 3 hours as well. Everything took an extremely long time and they ended up telling me they wouldn't re-glue it and they wanted me to pay $4,000 for Invisalign. I said I could discuss it with my family later to decide if that's what I truly want to spend money on and they told me I needed to leave and that they wouldn't do anything to the permanent broken retainer in my mouth. I said I had been there for 3 hours and I really want the retainer either removed or re-glued so it doesn't stab my tongue in the meantime. They told me I would have to pay $500 out of pocket to get the retainer re-glued or removed. Not only was this visit a huge waste of my time, but I felt completely disrespected by the orthodontist and one of the ladies who works the front desk. I will no longer be getting any dental work done here and currently have a piece of metal in my mouth that is only fastened to one tooth. Very disappointed. So if anyone has any dental or ortho suggestions, help your girl out!
