From entrance to the one typing on computer after my daughter n me were waiting. Blonde was like (what you say) in all reality no one was talking to her. Guilty of something? Maybe shes done something to one of our family members? I know i don't know her. Red flag. That receptionist in and out crying about how we're gonna pay lol, LPDO is paid off and that receptionist didn't bug us. UMR is a good insurance by the way. Dr was fine just doesn't know her people are not good. A lady was waiting for 3hrs she was pised. Look like a lady with very good job n insurance. I told her good luck. She said thank you to me. God's good, he will direct your kids away from harm. I felt uncomfortable with red flags everywhere. Anyway, my daughters teeth are fixed and thank you lord for removing these kind of people away. God's good.

Had the worst experience here…read more Was there for over 3 hours when all I needed was part of my permanent retainer to be re-glued on one side (which I was told on the phone should be no problem). I had a similar incident last time which took nearly 3 hours as well. Everything took an extremely long time and they ended up telling me they wouldn't re-glue it and they wanted me to pay $4,000 for Invisalign. I said I could discuss it with my family later to decide if that's what I truly want to spend money on and they told me I needed to leave and that they wouldn't do anything to the permanent broken retainer in my mouth. I said I had been there for 3 hours and I really want the retainer either removed or re-glued so it doesn't stab my tongue in the meantime. They told me I would have to pay $500 out of pocket to get the retainer re-glued or removed. Not only was this visit a huge waste of my time, but I felt completely disrespected by the orthodontist and one of the ladies who works the front desk. I will no longer be getting any dental work done here and currently have a piece of metal in my mouth that is only fastened to one tooth. Very disappointed. So if anyone has any dental or ortho suggestions, help your girl out!
