El Monte, Cruise America, small local renters, and private parties thru Outdoorsy. Our experience with A Family Affair has by far been the best ever! Moses and his wife run a genuine mom and pop shop and have a great passion for their clients. They not only made the rental experience quick and easy, they were a joy to work with. We rented their almost new 2024 Entegra Odyssey 30Z class C. As a new rig, there were a few minor issues that came up. Moses was super helpful and got back to me via phone to help me thru the problems we did have. He was also nice enough to let me park my car in his yard while we were gone, and made the return check in process super easy. I wish I had discovered A Family Affair years ago. I will definitely rent from them again, and highly recommend them!

Moises was outstanding to work with. I explained what I had and what I needed and he said no problem let me give you a quote. Quote was great so we scheduled the work. He called to confirm Friday about what time I would be arriving on Monday. After dropping it off he confirmed when it would be ready. The next afternoon it was done; ahead of schedule and on budget. Got up there to pick it up and the installation was perfect and the interior was clean and everything was in its place. It's been years since I have found this level of customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend them for your upholstery needs.

From the first email request for info, they made sure to contact me under my terms (email for now as I was at work) we did everything over email. Eventually I was able to work a bit through Text. I really appreciated the no calls, and no harrassment! RJ set me up with a day and time that worked for us to pickup, again coming from out of state. Everything was ready to go. They even put the hitch components on the truck and trailor for us when we arrived. When mine didnt work, they worked with us to get it done! I have had Rv's before and this time they took the time to show me how to properly use my brake controller and what to expect pulling something so much smaller than I am used to. We took it out for the first time 3 weeks after purchasing, and found an issue under my sink. Now this not being my first trailor, I expected something to need fixing. Bouncing and driving it happens. I emailed RJ at 730pm on a Friday night.. He responded (I couldnt believe it, I didnt expect to hear until Monday) He had the service person included into the email. Their rental extras are great (bike rack, tables). Great customer service. They allow us to drop off the RV on Labor Day while other companies are closed. Their new location is great and conveniently located near a propane refill station. They've also refunded our cleaning deposit for doing the interior cleaning on our own. Overall a really great experience and we plan to continue using them in them in the future!

Surprising because although the contract clearly states we would lose our $500 deposit, management informed us that they would be refunding it. We didn't even ask. Be rest assured that you will be in good hands with Elijah RVs. To make matters worse, an employee named Elisabeth asked us to send money to her personal Venmo account when we inquired about picking up the RV an hour early. I tried to do a walk through to return it but as stated in other reviews they're never there for those. See pictures of when we returned it, but still got charged for fridge being dirty. Oh yeah the gauges don't work and there is a weird urine smell. We didn't use the shower or bathroom in this RV.

I looked at the vans available for the dates I wanted and the Zion was just what I was looking for. It was the smaller of the standard sizes of Mercedes vans. That was great because I was slightly apprehensive about driving a larger van. (After driving the Zion, I feel I would be OK with the larger 170 inch wheel base vans.) The rental price was very reasonable considering that the van was essentially my home for three days. The van was well equipped and very comfortable. I enjoyed my three days and showing the van to my friends.

CAMPING MADE EASY!…read more Right from the get-go... Easy to book the schedule is online. Rhonda contacts you right away. Reservations made with deposit... And the price was so right, we extended for a week! The place is easy to find, we hooked up, signed some papers & off we went. We rented the COZY CABIN and it lined up perfectly with our truck. Easy to tow. If u already know how to tow, it helps, but fairly easy to figure out. Best just driving forward! Rhonda put a lot of thought in what to have inside, she had cookware, dinnerware, utensils & all kinds of little things you might need. Extra lights, batteries & propane. You could seriously just show up with clothes & food and have pretty much everything. We used sleeping bags -unzipped & open, pillows & it was easier than any tent! We brought folding chairs & an extra cooler, making a campsite has never been simpler. The cabin was solar powered but had hookups for shore power ( we didn't even need it). Plenty of air with windows & a fan. Cabin lights were more than enough. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen area was efficient & had plenty of storage. The trailer was clean, in like new condition. We will be repeat clients for sure!!!
