Zero stars, really. Can't quite believe this car wash could get worse but somehow it has managed. Now, as it turns out, the coupon that still costs $23 for a basic wash doesn't include cleaning the interior - just a quick swipe of a rag across the dash and running the vacuum over the two front seats. In other words: no effort at all. My car was exactly as dusty / crumby on the inside when they handed me my keys as when it went in. I found the manager, the worker was super apologetic ("This is all they allow now.) I sent it back. It came back to me (very slightly) marginally better. Of course that didn't mean the windows were fully dry or that it was remotely close to a decent job insider or out. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me again and again, shame on me. This was the worst car wash I've ever gotten. I really wish I would've checked before I left. When I got home, I found dirt inside the car, water and dirt stains on the outside, leaves still in the windshield and in the trunk. Also, when the person called me over to get my car, he asked me if I wanted to give him $20 in cash to clean the inside of my front lights. read more

They overcharge $50-$79. If you have a Tesla they say they have to hand wash it. Such a rip off no one else does that it's insane.

I've come here twice now, and both times have been disappointing. I only came back the second time because there was no line, but after that experience, I won't be returning again. Honestly, it makes sense why there's never a wait. My car was barely cleaned. There was still dirt on it, the vacuuming was rushed and incomplete, and it wasn't even properly dried. It didn't look much better than when I pulled in. What made it more frustrating was seeing how many employees were there, but the place still felt completely disorganized. At multiple points, I noticed workers off to the side on smoke breaks instead of actually working, which probably explains the poor quality of service. Then there's the pricing. The guy basically seemed to make up a number at the end. When I questioned it, he said they added a "shine," which from what I could tell was just a quick wipe with a rag. Definitely not something that justified the extra charge. Overall, the whole experience felt sloppy and overpriced. I'm not sure why the reviews here are not so good because I had a great experience! I have a Mazda CX5 and went camping so it was a mess and I just wanted to have someone else clean it. They immediately took my car and it took probably 30-40 minutes in total. Cute shop inside and the lady at the register was really sweet. I paid $59 for vacuum and interior / exterior wash. Warning: Scam Operation - Avoid at All Costs Both my wife and I went through the exact same nightmare here, which proves this isn't a one-off mistake -- it's their business model. We paid for a car cleaning, waited nearly an hour, and they handed the car back still dirty, covered in stains (see my video). When I pointed this out, they didn't take responsibility. I and the most amazing experience with Miguel who took care of me here. I haven't been for many years and their other location closer to my home had shut down which made me sad! I used to love watching my car get washed as I would look around the gift store. Many thanks to Miguel who went back and vacuumed my car again to make sure it was clean. I appreciated that so much! I used one of the coupons that was mailed to me in bulk and they're always sending out coupons on those Ralph receipts so keep an eye out if you need your car washed. He should consider giving more than five dollars cash back for tips because if the client wants to tip more than five dollars which these guys are hard workers and deserve more, but the owner refused to give more back I think that's selfish and he should want his workers to get maximum tips. Paid $26 for a basic car wash. Waited over 30 minutes even though it wasn't very busy. I saw the guy cleaning my car, then he disappeared and it wasn't until 10 minutes that he sent someone else to finish up my car. My car still had spots all over and when I told the guy he didn't care. The inside was only vacuumed, with still so many spots missed with lots of dust inside. They didn't even put effort into wiping the screen or seats or wheel. If I'm paying almost $30 and tipping on top of that, and waiting over 30 minutes, I expect the car to be clean. Safe to say I won't be going here again. I've gone to the self-operated car washes for a third of the price and leave with a cleaner and more professional experience. read more

They broke the plastic piece on one of my mirrors and they found it in the car washing berth. manager said I must have got into an accident and that's why it fell off. unbelievable. I happened to be working with adjusting my seat covers which is how I caught it. otherwise I would have just driven away. the trunk was filthy even though I requested it to be vacuumed. they redid fir me but the guy was looking for another tip to do it. please don't encourage this place by having your car washed. A friend used some rubbing compound to try and take some scratches out of my paint, and inadvertently left some scuffing. The team at Blue Wave was able to remove it all! Our service was good, yeah these guys try and actually bump up your price for getting your carwash. Just a bit overpriced for my taste. I drive an EV and apparently they charge $50 minimum for EVs. Despite paying $50 for a car wash, the car was still covered in water marks and the door that had a bird poop on it still had stains left. Then when I asked them if they could just spray and wipe the bird poop stain they asked me for a tip. I told them that I didn't have any cash on me and that I already paid $50 at the register, to which then the worker proceeded to tell me to go inside to grab cash to give him tip. He continuously told me to go inside and when I refused for the third time, he finally gave me my keys and waved me off. I'm not sure what kind of business they are running here but it's certainly not one that constitutes a $50 wash nor the poor attitude. I am never returning here. read more

This place kept trying to push their hand wash for $59 on me. When I said, I just want a regular car wash, they ignored me and no one even came over to vacuum the interior. I backed up, no one was behind me since this place is like totally dead now, and went to a different car wash. The absolute most disappointing car wash. For a $25 wash, the front windshield wasn't touched, some mud that I had on the inside doors was fully ignored and the man who was doing the drying/windows asked me 'if I wanted anything more' - so I asked him to clean the windshield and please remove the mud marks on the inside of the door. He then said 'next time you need to beet a different (i.e., more expensive). No need to go here - the drive thru ones are better, cheaper and you can do a better job on your windows. When I got home, I realized that a bag of grocery bags (fabric, TJs and some insulated ones) disappeared from my trunk. I tried calling, but no one picks up the phone. You know how it looks when it's lightly rained on your dusty car? That is the end result you will get at this carwash. No matter which wash you select, they will do the absolute, bare minimum. If you want them to "clean the inside," it'll be $10 extra. And by "clean the inside," they mean, barely wipe the dashboard. Any mention of exterior dressing refers to the tires only, which they forgot to do on this visit. I can be quite accepting of people doing half-a** work because ultimately, there are worse battles to confront but this whole experience was ridiculous. I returned the same day after having paid $55 on the first visit, only to have them do even less than when I was there in the morning. By the way, when I went back, there was a customer at the register, speaking about their experience which was identical to mine. I would give this place a 0 star if possible. My 88 year old mom took her Toyota Camry for a wash and called me when she got home, because not only was her car still dirty, but the employees were extremely rude to her, qualifying what they were saying as elderly abuse. The trunk was not vacuumed, the roof was not cleaned, there was dirty water drips all over the back. When she asked the employee his answer was: we only do that for fancy people with expensive cars who pay for extra service. He continued to make condescending jokes about her when she questioned him. For about 7 years, I lived walking distance from this place. They'd do a great job and the regular rate was $20. I came here for the first time in a few years and I was told a hand car wash is $40. WORST CARWASH EVER. I initially wanted to get the basic deal for $20 because the exterior of my car wasn't too bad. I was then upsold by the man in charge. He explained that the $20 option would not properly clean my car, so I upgraded to the $50 detailed wash. FOR $50 THEY DID NOT VACCUM MY CAR. I brought it back to be vacuumed and they still did not properly vacuum it. I politely asked the worker to vacuum my cupholders and he rolled his eyes and said it cannot be done with a vacuum. What??? I asked him to try and he did it for .05 seconds which actually got a lot of the trash out of the cupholders. For $50 I had to BEG THEM to vacuum and properly clean my car after I was promised this deal would give me a detailed wash and cleaning. Do yourself a favor -- go somewhere with better reviews. The other reviews seem to agree that they do not vacuum your car and it looks the same as when you first came in. Go ahead and take it to a self wash and vacuum wash. You'll be better off. read more
