This has been my self-service car wash the past few years out of convenience, but when they switched over to forcing you to "pre-pay" on a credit card, I have definitely noticed some funny business on the charges. I always stop well ahead of the $7 as I usually just do a quick rinse, but half the time It never adjusts the payment and I get charged in full. Went in on a busy Sunday, did a quick four minute wash on my car after waiting 25ish minutes in line. A worker (who I assume to be the owner) harassed my partner and I not even 10 seconds after our cycle ended, yelling at us to move out of the way because he's really busy. I would stay away from the brush as it's generally dirty and can scratch your car from leftover dirt/debris from previous vehicles. Would recommend going during off-peak times to avoid waiting. If you care about your car, don't go here, because management sure wont. After about 7 or 8 minutes into washing my car the owner (or manager) came out and started harassing me to leave because I was "taking too long." In reality he just didn't like that I wanted to use my own microfiber instead of his abrasive brush while the timer tics away (which he admitted to). Some people take way longer and still insist on drying inside the bay. I'm always respectful of other peoples' time and move my car out of the bay to dry. I literally had to drop what I was doing and leave this time. I drove down the street to dry off the car and try and salvage a wash out of this. As a repeat customer, this is pretty disappointing. This was my first time using a self-service car wash and it was simply awesome! Just pull up into an empty bay (or wait for the next one to become available), insert your payment, and wash away! The system and tools were self-explanatory and very easy to use. I also appreciated the fact that they took credit card payments vs having to insert a bunch of coins. The only reason I took away 1-star was because the blow dryer was not as strong as I would have hoped. It took me a while to dry my car off since I did not bring any towels. Lastly, they have a vacuum station in case you want to clean the inside of your car. I was hoping that service would be included like other car wash locations I've been to, but if you want to use the vacuum station, you have to pay $1.25 in quarters to use the vacuum. They have a dollar/coin machine nearby in case you need change. Overall it was a positive experience though and very easy to use. I will be back! read more

A little bit inconvenient that you have to use quarters and once you load it once you either have to keep loading it before the timer runs out or you have to do a full wash again (which means running from quarter machine back to wash area with limited seconds in case you estimated your timing wrong). Location was great, I actually got here before the big rush so I could wash my car without pressure, while I was vacuuming I saw a crowd rush in (during rush hour), love the self wash concept so I can be sure to rid all water spots! Because of this, you may have to exchange cash for quarters at the quarter dispensing machine. However, DON'T put a $10 bill in the machine, since no quarters dispense, in my experience -- even though the machine shows it accepting $1s, $5s and $10s. Fortunately, there was someone on duty to return the money and give change. Good luck trying to get your Hamilton back if there is no one working when you're there. The owner/management should... (a) fix the machine so that it takes $10s and dispenses quarters successfully (b) remove the signage to show that it doesn't take $10s or (c) add credit card slots to the vacuum machines... after all, we are in 2020 In the meantime, if you happen to ask the person working to break your $10, make sure you get the right amount of change. I would've been shorted $1 had I not been paying attention. Beware.
