Went to this location on 2/7 at approximately 6:15pm. There was a small line to use the wash and lets off the vacuum bays were full. I paid for the $15 wash. Vacuum suction was great but the wash left more to desire. I've attached pictures that show dirty my car was AFTER the wash. Now I don't expect the car to be spotless but definitely expected it to be cleaner than this... Will not go back. read more

Make like Forrest and RUNNNNN! Do not walk away from them. This car wash is the absolute worst. The washes are trash and the customer service is horrible. The bay does not clean your car. Each time I used the car wash, I would have to wipe down my ENTIRE car to get the dirt off. Just going through only cleans the surface dirt, leaving what looks like a residue. I even had to tell the workers on several occasions that the air sprayer had water in the hose. Really upset me that I sprayed water on my dash and leather seats. Also, there is a really funky smell there. Not sure what that is about. I also called in June to cancel my membership. Not only did they bill me again, but they billed me at the top tier amount!!! WTF!!??!! I have tried to get them on the phone all day, but NORA, the AI assistant, will not transfer to a live representative no matter how many buttons you press. I am BEYOND P!ssed!!! It's always "no problem, I'll transfer you to a representative", then she picks right back up. UNBELIEVABLE!!! SMH read more

They broke my car and won't pay for it. Broken side mirror. Broken grill. And they call you to laugh in your face and tell you how they saw it break on camera but are "not responsible for factory parts over 5 years." So bottom line, don't go here!! Horrible! Their workers are not trained well as one was on his phone as I was entering the car wash. Very unprofessional.

Pearland location off Magnolia- sometimes vacuums don't have a strong enough suction or some are broken. The wash bay itself is hit or miss with level of cleanliness. Sometimes my car still has dirt in areas missed by the wash brush. read more

I have turo business and I bring my cars up there regularly. However I had an issue when I took one of my cars up there and the car wash pulled my electric charging cover off of my car. When the girl brought the part to me it was scratched up and clips broken. I put in a claim and the lady call me back saying it was my fault and closed the claim without me getting a chance to state my side. She tells me the only way I can open it again is to get a lawyer or file with insurance. I feel that she should have at least heard me out. I am very disappointed in this process and will no longer go to blue wave with any of my vehicles. I will also tell all that will listen to my story. read more

Incident Report Filed 8/26/23 3rd photo with grill circled in blue is the beginning of my entry of their wash machine and 1st pictures was the ending results. Bluewave claims department call me today and stated that they are NOT responsible for the complete removal of my grill. They claimed that the blow dry section of the washer did this. I don't believe that because This had to take great force to remove however, I believe it was caught up in something. He then forwarded the 3rd photo to my phone and said it's because the grill was sticking out a little it is NOT their fault. Keep in mind, I was allowed to enter the wash passing through 2 attendants approval at their facility. Its clear that if the grill was an issue why was I allowed to enter. The phone call was very unprofessional, dry cut and had no concern or options. Keep in mind I have been a monthly paying member of this carwash since they opened this location. The grill is priced at $400 and I have paid 3X that being loyal to the business and to receive a NOT concern phone call like that blew me away. I love my 2010 VW Passat with only 35K miles on it and trusted this establishment to help me maintain my vehicle beauty. People if you love your vehicle do not patronize this establishment because they care 0 about your vehicle just wants your money. read more

If the goal is to get the majority of your car clean I guess you can come here. Even though this car wash doesn't really do the job that well. I know I'm not paying for an extravagant wash but if I'm choosing the "top choice" available I figure it should at least do a decent job. All this car wash did was create more work after I was done. I had to go back and wipe water spots but most importantly I had to wipe off grease spots. The recycled water needs to be checked because water spots is one thing but having oily greasy residue from the water is another. This was conveniently close to me but It would be worth it drive even further away to get a decent car wash. read more

Love coming here the lines moves great and the vacuums super powerful. Also love how the monthly rates are reasonable. Updated 8/2020 Sad to say I have cancelled my membership due to the decreased customer service and a thread o saw on Next door app. I have spoke to corporate. The inside of the carwash stinks because they recycle dirty water & the vacuums are always clogged up when I come. Their machine always breakdown in the middle of my wash, or snatches something off. Management at this location is not providing customers the best carwash experience. Ever time I leave this carwash I have to go dry my car by hand and add tire dressing I just paid for. I'm not sure if they are trying to save money by reducing power consumption or conserving tire dressing, but it's disappointing. The store on 518 in League City is exceptional. Old lady is rude dealt with her a couple times, but today it's with a man I've tried giving this car wash many chances and I've been taking my vehicle there for the longest. Went in today and told me I couldn't go in because my bumper was too "big". I paid and was waiting to go through only to be told that i had to leave. I've been coming here for years. When I started coming to this car wash it was great no issues! I ended up buying a monthly membership and started coming at least once a week but after EVERY wash I would always see soap still left on the roof of the car...I spoke to the manager who told me to go through the wash again only for the wash to leave more soap the second time...they then told me that it's doing that because the power wash hoses are not working and they are waiting to get it repaired and its been like this for at least 2 months and I couldn't keep spending money for something that doesn't work!! If the wash is not working properly they need to shut the wash down until they get it fixed. read more

The wash broke the antenna on my truck and they it failed to provide services paid for. They make you fill out a one page report with personal information to file complaint. A deterrence against complaints I guess. Poor customer service. I do not recommend. read more
