Car wash itself is fine. I bought the month long unlimited pass for bug season. Staff puts very little effort into leading edge bugs and car wash does not get dried bugs off even with multiple applications. I recommend addressing bugs before going through wash. In a pinch stop for gas and use the curtesy window cleaner brush to scrub before going to car wash. A brush works better read more

I've been coming to this car wash for about 2 years now. Monthly membership is in tact. My experience is always great but today , I'm leaving a review to point out a disappointment. I was the only customer at one point. I noticed a younger girl by the name of Kaley/Kali assisted three different vehicles that arrived after me with drying off their vehicle. Not once did she ask or even attempt to assist with my vehicle. Highly offended and even more disappointed due to the fact that I am 4 months pregnant and the help would've been nice. If I should mention I was the only African American individual out there and the others that she assisted were not of African American descendant. This actually makes me feel like taking my business elsewhere because It far from polite that I noticed this behavior. read more

There are good, but if you ever have a billing issue, it's a nightmare to deal with their customer servers who is always just AI and you can never get in touch with a live person to resolve your issue. I Have been a member of this car wash for over 3 years. In January of this year, they started charging another vehicle to my credit card. I have called 4 times over the last month to their main number. Spoke to their A I representative. She said she took down all of my information and would give the information to a person to take care of this issue and they would call me back. This has been going on since April 6th of this year. Staff removed stickers from my windshield for me. Staff helpful and friendly. We have a 2 car plan with a discount which makes a good deal.

The manager, Dave, has an amazing crew there. I have a monthly membership and have got to know just about all of them. Seth, Edgar, Zion, Courtney are the names I remember but the rest are equally amazing. When I combined my wife's membership (we had 2 separate ones before getting married), there were some glitches in the system and they all worked tirelessly in getting it resolved. They even come around to help dry your car when there's enough employees there. Our cars come out clean, the vacuums have super powerful suction and I'm always seeing associates cleaning up the grounds or refilling rags/supplies for the customers. Clean facility, polite staff, and good wash. I love the complimentary dry towels and window spray. Vacuums are excellent. Plus if you wish you can ask them to withdraw the brushes as you go through. However I have a 2024 Tahoe and have never had a problem with the brushes as well. read more

Feel you get more "bang for your buck" at BlueWave in terms of monthly deals with many including a clear coat finish BUT overall I think Montgomery's Bubble King CarWash does a better job of prepping the car and in the wash process. read more

This car wash doesn't dry your car off. You literally have to wipe the entire car down and blow everything off due to all the soap and water left on it. read more

Does a terrible job. Bent my license plate, shifts my mirrors out of place, leaves bluish colored solution all over my car. Only reason I kept my membership is I found that the location in Cypress off of Barker Cypress and 290 does an excellent job. Their equipment is top of the line and my car looked great! Would highly recommend trying that location. read more

I used to have a card for BlueWave express with 3 washes on it. Didn't use it for a while and they changed their system to where I could not convert my old card to a new one. I emailed several times about my card and never got a reply. I called HQ in Humble and they never answered the phone. I wrote to Corporate HQ and never heard a word. Absolutely no support from anyone, ever. I'll spend my money elsewhere. read more

I NEVER post reviews. But this is review worthy. As i was in their car wash i heard scrapping, after the car wash was over i IMMEDIATELY got out to check my car. Low and behold, scratch marks from the front of my Lexus all the way to the back. I notified the manager right away. We did an incident report. Here it is a week later and i just heard from them. They are NOT fixing my car that their machine caused damages too. They said "its not consistant with the way their machine is" YES IT IS. Then i was told they have pictures of MY car entering their machine "with scratch marks" but when i asked them to email them to me "its against the rules". I have letters from my dealership (i had just got the car) stating there was NO scratch marks when i purchased it. And pictures from my insurance company TAKEN THAT MORNING with NO SCRATCHES on it. This was the only place i took it when i got the car. So thanks a lot Blue Wave, for damaging my car and not fixing it. I get it though, big company man wants to keep his money. Its fine, ill take the loss and fix my car even though i shouldnt have too. But i will NEVER use your car wash again and if people ask me what happened to my car ill gladly tell them. Oh did i mention when i told them about my car one of the employees told me "its ok, my manager just backed into my car". Yeah real professional. Stay FAR away from this car wash! They will damage you vehicle, acknowledge they damaged it, and will not pay to repair. We have been loyal members for years and going to other locations and they will not take care of their customers. My husband went to the new Montgomery location on a Wednesday (5 days after it opened) around 4 pm. When I got home at 7 pm I noticed that the trim work on the side of his vehicle had been ripped off. He immediately went back to the location and he was told the piece was not there. I emailed corporate to see if we could review cameras to ensure he went in with the piece and see if he left with it. They said file a complaint with the store. I went the next day and filed a complaint. That was Thursday. They took pictures of the vehicle, checked again and said they did not have the piece. The assistant manager bragged about all the piece they had in the "closet" that they keep for customers, but my piece wasn't there and if they didn't find it "oh well". On Friday, the store manager called me and said they did not have internet to submit the claim, but would call me back Monday. Monday I did not receive a call. On Tuesday, I went back to the location to follow up. The manager said he had just filed the complaint with corporate and that he would have an answer later on in the day. At 6 pm, he called me back to tell me that the tapes had been reviewed, our vehicle entered the car wash in perfect condition and during the dry cycle, the trim work blew off. Still no one magically knows where this piece is. The cost of this piece is $250, then I have to pay to have it painted and put on, plus have the other side reglued because it is coming loose as well. Bluewave corporate said they will not pay for the damages because the truck is too old (2012) and because "the adhesive on vehicles wear over time and this happens a lot" (a direct quote from the manager. The problem with this location is the side spinners are too rough and loosened the side trim and the blower blew it off. I suspect an employee threw away my piece and they are not owning up to it. read more

I decided to try this car wash out since it was new to Montgomery, towards the end of the car wash we heard a large bang and than scrapping noise. When we exited the car wash we stopped the car and looked back in the bay the molding all the way down my vehicle was ripped off and scratches all down the side. We told the employee what happened and he said he heard the noise but didn't know what it was and we would have to make out and incident report, we did and 3 days later we were told although they looked and saw where the damaged happened on camera my vehicle a 2007 Nissan Armanda was to old to have them repair or replace the damage that their machine caused. My car came in with no damage and came out damaged. I will be going up through the corporate chain to see if anyone with this company will do the right thing. If not I will contact my insurance to go after the company for repairs. Beware if they damage your car it looks like they will find anyway not to repair or take responsibility.
