The place is lovely and relaxing and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. I was really excited about the float experience since I love water. Everything leading up to the experience was wonderful. However, once I was in the float tank, I had a very surreal experience. I'm not someone who is generally Claustrophobic but I did not enjoy the experience. The water is comprised of chemicals that burned many areas of my body. The water was very acidic and the chemical smell was overwhelming. I was only able to be in the tank for about five minutes or so and had to cut my experience short. Again I'm really surprised by my reaction but I think the smell and the burning sensation I received with the water was just not a good environment for me. read more

I was in town for couple of nights and they were booked...not only did they squeeze me in for a massage but it was one of the best I have ever had! (I've been getting massages for 20 years) Daniel did exactly what I asked and after five minutes, I knew it was going to be a great massage. Working at a medspa myself for many years I can be a bit picky when it comes to spas, however Blush was spot on. My husband and I called on a Saturday for couples massages and they were more than accommodating. They got us in within 2 hours. The establishment is very nice and the staff is very friendly. My husband and I were both very happy with our massages. We both agreed the ambiance was great and both our therapist were wonderful. We will def be back! Horrible Brazilian wax done here to me. They remove a little piece of my skin in my private area, then it got infected and I went to my doctor and he told me the infection is because they probably double dip, and do not clean their equipment correctly. The place is always dirty the girls are nice but the people waxing need more training. I will not come back, I called to complain and they told me sorry to hear that but we can't do anything just shave from now on instead of getting waxing. WTF I rather go to another place where I can get waxing and is always clean.. train the employees before putting them on clients.. read more

I have to say my first impression was that their boutique & spa is super quaint and welcoming; the ladies in reception were very polite and accommodating. When I met Kathy, she asked what facial areas I'm concerned with and let me know what the facial and enhancements would entail. Every step of my service was beyond AMAZING and the blends used not only smelled delicious but were also calming. Days later, my skin still feels renewed!!! Just had a pregnancy massage and a pedicure here today. I feel very relaxed. The spa is very comfortable and homey. It is an old building and all the original woodwork is beautiful and it is decorated in soothing colors. I felt that the services were well priced and everything was done at a relaxed pace. The massage therapist was very thorough and did a great scalp and hand and feet massage in addition to back, legs and arms. He was very accomidating to me despite being 8 months pregnant and only being able to lie on my sides. I was almost asleep at the end of the hour :) The pedicure salon was downstairs and it is beautifully decorated with wood furnishings. The pedicure was extremely thorough despite my destroyed feet. She removed all evidence of callous and was very precise with the polish. I plan to return :) read more

I actually quite enjoyed this place. I am not originally from the area so I was very scared to try a new place. I hadn't heard about many spas in El Paso. My friend recommended me here. I had only had one wax before in a different state and my first one was very uncomfortable (from a different place) but this place made me feel very relaxed, welcomed, and comfortable. Julie is who did my wax. I was very pleased with her service. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I'm a bigger woman so there were a few things in the boutique I wanted to try because I was scared they would be too small. They let me try on the one thing I was questioning. I've been going to Blush for over a year to get facials and waxed. I had been looking for sometime for a really good spa that's clean and the services are consistently good- found both at Blush. Terrified does not even begin to describe the feeling I had before coming in. I have never had any form of waxing done. I decided to do a wax for the summer days and well....go big or go home. I felt so awkward and nervous but the lady was extremely friendly and professional. She has some really good conversational skills. Not gonna lie, it hurt like h-e-double hockey sticks. That was today I don't have enough for them to be able to work with right now so I called to reschedule my appointment.... Was told that it would still be charged 50% for moving my appointment within 24 hours. I CANNOT say enough great things about this place! I used to see Jennifer at her home before she opened this awesome new studio, and it is so great to see everything going well! It is in a unique old building, with a ton of character, and decorated with a boho-chic vibe. I have had a facial and a massage here, and they have both been amazing!!! I ONLY get my brows done here, I am SO picky about who touches them and Jennifer always gets them just right. They also have tons of gift shop items, and many are made by local artists or entrepreneurs. The Eminence Organic Skincare line is amazing and addicting. My facial by Macee was absolutely divine. This is my second time receiving this treatment from her, it was so great the first time that I had to come back for more ASAP. She lays hands on you the entire hour massaging arms, feet, legs. This is all while skillfully assessing your skin type and applying products which are hand-picked and tailored for your needs. I love how she talks through everything she's utilizing and how it's beneficial for my skin type + how I can implement it on my own.
