I brought in example/ inspo photo (just simple long layer cut) and asked for face framing pieces and showed it to the stylist, but the stylist barely looked at the photo. My hair looked nothing like the photo I showed, and it was cut much shorter than expected and the end feels choppy. I gave it more chance by washing and drying the day after, but it's overall disappointing. I had mentioned a few times I want to keep it longer like the picture I showed, but it wasn't heard. I couldn't say much more once the stylist made the very first snip and had to go along with it. It became even shorter by the end. I wish the stylist had been more proactive about the consultation before proceeding with the cut. I got an impression that the stylist wanted to get through the hair cut session as a quickly as possible. This was for upcoming graduation, so it is more disappointing. Again, very nice lady. Not too sure if it's just one time issue!

The last 2 or 3 times there were a few things I didn't like (toner left my hair too silver or bleach wouldn't fully grasp the roots of my hair) so I would go back and he would fix them. I had an appt early July and he mentioned he doesn't do blonde hair anymore because his back hurts and always complained about me having soooo much hair. I texted him 2 days after washing my hair, he didn't reply. I waited 1 week after texting him the first time with no reply, then I texted him a third time and no reply. I feel like I had a good relationship with him, I could let him know what I didn't like and he would fix it. I did pay over $400 for my hair color ONLY, no haircut. He could've fixed it, then told me, I'm not doing your hair anymore or I'm not doing any blonde hair anymore. I'm so disappointed. So unprofessional not to message back.
