There is a grace period but I didn't know how strict or not they were about it. I get to my appointment and right away, it's not a friendly and welcoming vibe. The person at the front (who was different than the one I had seen earlier the week before) and the person who worked on my hair seemed like they didn't want to be there at all and it showed. Bottom line - not worth it. I love treating and pampering myself, and this experience was quite frankly - awful. At times, it was actually painful because she just didn't care and was pulling my hair. I actually held my breath at times because I thought she was going to burn me with the hair tool. Definitely would not recommend.

I been in customer service for well over 30 years that no company should be disrespectful with their clientele. You're located in a small strip mall that is unrecognizable to the general public so do better at customer service to get more business transactions!

I visited recently just before an event for my daughter. Disaster. My appointment was at 10am which makes no sense to schedule me at the same time as an event held on site. The power kept blowing out which the Stylist tried to accommodate me for since I was short on time. The sweet Stylist who did my hair gave me her Instagram and I learned from her Story post that the Staff was told to promote for the increase of slow flow on the demands of owner who showed poor hospitality. DO NOT bring your business here. Support a salon that knows how to properly run a business. Shame on this place. This salon will not last. read more

I went back for another Japanese Headspa Treatment and it was glorious!! Super relaxing...the massage was wonderful and my scalp was sooo clean! Last time for my blowout I got bouncy curls, time I got beach waves loved both styles! The vibe & decor are awesome-the chair for the Japanese Headspa consultation is from a super famous LA hairstylist & there's even a panel with wallpaper from the Beverly Hills Hotel! My hair was in desperate need of a cut and color. It was long, drier than the Sahara, three different types of brown and overall a hot mess. She is absolutely PHENOMENAL! Her passion for hair shows in the quality of her work. Not only is she sweet and friendly but professional with outstanding attention to detail. She takes the time to listen to your hair dreams and makes them as much of a reality as possible. She's brutally honest, so if your hair isn't capable of achieving a certain color she is quick to tell you, and even quicker to offer beautiful suggestions that will NOT DISAPPOINT. She even pointed out a bald spot near my ear that I did not even know existed and advised me to look out for it in case it needed medical attention. How many other stylists have seen my hair over the years and have failed to mention that to me?! That alone shows that she truly cares for each customer and their happiness.
