Two hours was so lovely and provides the opportunity to savor the relaxation. I've been coming here for about 2+ years now and I always see Cindy. I try to come in about every 2-3 months to get a trim or conditioning treatment. The firs time I came here I got my hair dyed and she did a fantastic job. No pics sorry! Upon entering, I'm always greeted by a friendly host and then my most favorite hair stylist comes out and greets me with a hug and a smile. She sits me down at the wash station and washes my hair and then lays a warm towel on me while she's washing my hair. After the shampoo and conditioner, we go back to trim/cut my hair and style it. Service: My service fee for a hair cut is $85 and Kerasilk treatment for $45. Hair cut: Cindy does a fantastic job. She creates the best layers that fits my face and adds volume to my hair. Nothing negative to say about her. She's wonderful. Treatment: have pretty long, thin and fine hair so I try to get the Kerasilk treatment every time I come in. The treatment conditioning and moisturizes my hair because I usually come in with dry and tangly hair and the treatment helps with it. My highlights aren't much better, but the very obvious difference in length from one side of my hair to the other makes me die a little inside every time I pass a mirror. But I got talked into a haircut on top of it because the stylist thought there was too much of a shelf to my layers. So, I rolled with it. And not only did he cut off entirely too much length, but he left one side of my hair about two inches shorter than the other. The toner mess was another issue. I left with not just lopsided hair but a massive gray streak from where he left the toner on too long. And I paid $300 for the privilege of this. Never again. I would steer clear of this place.
