When I asked them to adjust my bill to reflect the services that were not provided, they gave me the most bizarre reason as to why they could not do that. They said "the amount of trash you have now counts as multiple pick ups." WHAT?! We had trash overflowing because YOU didn't pick it up, and I have to pay for that? I told them multiple times to cancel our service and they continued to harass me with phone calls and letters in the mail asking me to reconsider and to pay my full bill. I switched to Carney and so far they have been wonderful. Star Waste is a JOKE.
