After the police cleared the scene, they left so much debris/glass/nails/wood etc all over the property and sidewalk. and we couldn't for the life of us find someone to help with clean up. We called police, state dept, crime scene clean up crews, the fire department, etc and no one could help... Enter Brandon! A real life hero. He called back immediately and within 20 minutes was out to our property to assess the situation and cleaned everything within 2 hours. Not only that, but he called in a friend from the State to fix the stop sign which had been taken down by the driver as well (which gosh, who knows how long that would've taken otherwise). On one occasion, he told a client to "shut up," and spoke down to someone who'd used his services in the past. He said, "If you think you could've gotten it done for way less, then you should've shut up and done it instead of wasting everyone's time.... And Seriously -- Stop emailing be back. Stop replying. I'm not interested in your opinion, your commentary, or your drama. We're done here." Beyond his attitude, his pricing is steep. He charged $500 just to mow and fertilize grass, and quoted $1,775 to paint the interior of a 1,000 sq ft condo -- a bid we declined. What's more troubling is that this individual also serves as a manager/supervisor for Denver Commercial Property Services (DCPS). His conduct reflects poorly on DCPS as a company. Because of his behavior and the high cost, we will never use or recommend Rocky Mountain Snow & Painting -- and, by extension, we cannot endorse DCPS either. In short: do not use this vendor. No one deserves to be treated that way, whether or not you end up hiring him.
