Praise:
Upon arrival I was instantly acknowledged by the Reception staff, who advised me that masks and hand sanitation regulations applied in the Hospital.
The Nurse, on time, took me to my room for the day and went through the comprehensive, but essential paperwork. Once completed, test readings were taken.
The Anaesthetist explained his procedures in a concise, understandable dialogue.
I was requested to change into the medical apparel.
Mr. Mohamed then explained the surgical procedure and requested acceptance signatures.
I was taken to the Operating Theatre, where all medical and personal information was confirmed.
I then woke up in the recovery room and welcomed back by the staff, then taken to my room.
After resting, I enjoyed lunch then rested to late afternoon, where my wife collected me. During the resting period, I was visited on several occasions by the nursing staff, Pharmisist and Mr. Mohamed who explained the following reactions after surgery.
I was treated so well by the staff from the time I arrived to the time I left.
Comment:
I was advised to be at the Hospital at 7 am which I did. I had to wait until 11 am (approximately) before the operation. I understood that there was four day operations, of which I was one. Maybe the order of operations could have been arranged so that later arrival times could have been made for the other patients.
This is only a minor issue!
