This place is awesome. The first time I went they helped me find a starter kit for a very reasonable price and answered my million questions. The staff were extremely friendly and easygoing. I left a very satisfied customer. I returned about a week later to get some more of the yummy French Vanilla juice I had bought the first time. I got home and realized it wasn't quite the same. I left a message on FB and they told me to come in and they will fix it. Let me tell you , this place went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer once again. This shop is a lot of fun to be in, every time I've gone it's been full of life. Their inventory of devices is massive for a brick and mortar shop. The employees are knowledgable and not douches when it comes to vape stuff. Also, prices are fair. They make their own e-juice, so bear that in mind. If it's not your thing than you may be disappointed, but the juice is made in-house and they will cater to your whims. I was able to find flavors that were comparable to some of the high end brands, but it took some trial and error(just like every other facet of vaping). DO NOT SHOP AT BMORE VAPES. This place is super shady. I've been going there for a while because they're cheaper than some other places, and I've ignored the fact that compared to other vape shops their products are kind of subpar. So is their customer service of late. I normally just smile, be polite, and pretend like I don't notice that some of them (not all) are complete douche bags, since there were some people there that seemed all right. But no more. Like one of the reviewers below, I've bought a few vape pens from them and each one had problems within a week to a month of purchase. I wish that review was from over a year ago and I'd read it before purchasing from them more than once -- I would have realized this is a pattern of shady business dealings and poor products, rather than a one/sometimes thing. This time I went in to return a battery that snapped in half, exposing the wires. I bought this product a month or two ago at Bmore Vapes. It was already starting to fail within about two to three weeks -- leaky, not pulling correctly, battery not holding a full charge. But I figured I'd just deal with it and buy a different one from them later as back up. Didn't happen. Picked it up one day and it fell to the side, exposing the wires, snapped in half. When I took it in, I was told that they couldn't replace it because they wouldn't be able to tell if it was dropped. Fair point, but then I was told it was fused so it shouldn't be able to do that in the first place regardless (which would make it defective, which is covered by the return policy). Bottom line, I won't be buying their cheap, shady products anymore, and anyone who wants their vape pens to last more than two weeks should away from their stores. read more

My wife and I took a stroll down to Bmore with the intention of picking her up a suitable vape. Goal achieved, and then some. I don't have a particularly long history of frequenting vape shops, but have been under the impression of a "members only", pretentious atmosphere pervading these establishments. Similar to tattoo shops. Bmore Vapes couldn't be further from my preconceived notions. Not only are the guys inside incredibly helpful, but seem to find joy in explaining all things vape. Not to mention, immensely nice. There's no overselling, or promoting particularly expensive products. Their goal truly is to give the consumer an incredible experience and to walk out assured in their purchase. Thanks for all the help today boys. You guys rule. read more
