Everything went well except for the part about the drive shaft bolt retorquing. There's a bolt on the drive shaft of AWD Carmy's that Toyota requires retorquing every 10,000 or 15,000 miles / 12-18 months (depending on driving conditions). Toyota service centers do the retorquing every service they do. But when I talked to the service rep at this location, he didn't know anything about it. My point is that you'll probably be happy here if you just want basic car service. But if you want to make sure you get manufacturer-specific things done for your car, take it to the dealership.

I'll check my fluid tomorrow but I'm assuming he made this up also. Just offer a service and knowledge when needed without coercing people into purchasing products. Making up things to sell a service has always really rubbed me the wrong way. Just be honest. Would not recommend. I went to Valvoline later on that week in Woodburn, OR for another vehicle.
