Much to our chagrin, the 2016 Nissan Altima we just bought last Friday needed help. The engine light was on and car was doing the shimmy-shimmy shake-shake (forgive my technical jargon). Case Automotive took us in with no delays, fixed the issue, and had us out the door by day's end. The shop is mid-transition with owners (from Rob to Chris). Both were there today and both treated us well and straight-forward, and I didn't feel like I didn't want to be there. (I often feel out of place in an auto shop.) Very unprofessional business. DO NOT use Case Automotive, - They do NOT contact the customer for any updates. - They do NOT return phone calls. - Their voicemail box is full so that you CANNOT leave a message. - They did not issue a written estimate for repairs. - When they presented the bill, it was upcharged for an additional part. We refused to pay for this additional charge. The owner/manager was very rude and discourteous. They did reduce the invoice to the original quote. read more

Very Shady way of doing business. If you want your vehicle fixed in a timely manner, DON'T bring it to Case Automotive. Dropped off Sunday, Called Wednesday and One person told me it was diagnosed, half the work was done and if not by Fiday it would be ready early Monday. Didn't hear from them so called Monday afternoon... after being put on hold for 20min. Got hung up on...called again and was on hold for another 15 min. They had the car 7 days. IT HADNT EVEN BEEN LOOKED AT in all that time! Misscommunication or lack of it may be the issue, very unprofessional. Just a whole extra amount of headache and stress that could be avoided. My experience was different. I left my car with Case after describing a problem that occurred during acceleration. After almost a week, the owner called to tell me there was no problem ..the engine was as good as new. I picked it up and paid for their services. He was right. The problem was the transmission (I took it elsewhere). Case had only driven it from the curb into the shop without accelerating. They were a waste of time and money. I would not recommend read more

Took my truck in for an alignment and was told it needed $1000 worth of repairs to replace my hub bearings in order for the alignment to be warrantied. I told them I wanted to get a second opinion and upon driving away I was hearing a clunking sound from the front end. I took the truck into another shop and had them look it over and was told that they didn't tighten anythind down and my truck was already out of alignment. I had them also look at my hub bearings and they informed me that nothing was wrong with my truck. Fourtunately enough this second shop was able to quickly align my truck free of charge as well with no permanent damage done. I called back to Case Automotive to try and get a refund but they refused saying that it wasn't warrantied as I wouldn't let them do they hub bearings on my truck. read more

If you want to have an auto repair shop that is trustworthy and going to give you a fair price. Then I recommend Case automotive! My van broke down while traveling south on i5. Steam started billowing out from under hood, the van was towed to ken's automotive. They said our head gasket was blown, They said they needed to run a test to see what was wrong and it costs $45. They told us the test results were indicating that we needed to machine the engine block to fix a head gasket leak....decided to hold off on proceeding with their advice..... after I put more coolant in the radiator and fixed a leak in the coolant system, (thats where the steam came from), I was then able to drive the van to case automotive. They looked it over like it was their grandmothers car and treated us like locals. Case found that the radiator had 10% cooling efficiency and that was more likley the issue so we had that fixed and that curred our problem. I would drive 4 hrs from Seattle to get my car worked on from CASE AUTOMOTIVE. Best customer service! Best automotive repair. Also about 5000 miles later the replacement radiator busted and Case auto repaired it under warranty! This automotive shop is dedicated quality not return customers. Received an email last week for a 10% coupon I could use because my driver seat window doesn't work. I scheduled an appointment via email 9:30 AM. I show up at 9:20 or so just to be on time and they say they didn't even do appointments let alone have an email when the coupon I printed even has their address.
