BMS was assigned to us by our insurance company after a sewage back up in our basement. The clean up team did a pretty good job clearing everything out of the basement and cleaning up. However, when we received our invoice there were charges on it for things that were not done- ie: it says they removed 3 doors at $75 a piece, no doors at all were removed and disposed of. When this was brought to the company attention, we received a text message with a new invoice stating that they got approval to credit us $100 for the doors that were never removed. The updated invoice also showed that they took 5 doors at $25 a piece now. The math aint mathin'. They also brought tons of large dehumidifiers and ran them off our electric, which ran our bill from its normal just under $200 up to $500! When we asked if we could be compensated for the huge increase in our electric that month, we were told they don't do that. If we have anymore water issues with our basement, I will ask the insurance if we can shop around because this company price gouges and rips people off. Make sure you check your invoices! They also left equipment and cleaning products in our basement and never came back for them. read more
