I got another that said lifetime, so the lady let me call the doctor's office to ask for another script for five years, and to fax it to the office. I did that in the car. When I went back in 15 minutes later, the fax was there. A hanger is $5. I paid cash and left.

I've got to have. They're never articulate enough to sit down and go. Here's what you need, sir ABCD no they just give me a paper then the next time I oh well you gotta have another paper so go down and do this paper go across the street and get your VIN down here and get but they never tell me upfront. My patience is very thin. I refused to go here again. Thank God, I found the Stow Ohio BMV, 15 minutes. It took me to get everything clarified.

I've been here 3 times in the last month, and I've been to the Streetsboro BMV twice in that time…read moreframe. Here's why. We moved back to Ohio from Florida. Went and got the e-check on the car done at Van's, then headed to Ravenna on a Saturday morning for the Vin check/title/registration. We waited with a number so we could get someone to read the VIN, then they sent us across the street for the Title transfer (Florida to Ohio), then we went back and got right up to the counter with the paperwork. Excellent! I think we were there a total of an hour, maybe 70 minutes. The second time, I decided to be even smarter. I went and got the e-check done on the truck, then I took it to the Streetsboro BMV to do the VIN check, since it's minutes from me. Done and done. Headed down to the BMV on Saturday morning with the stuff for our Driver's Licenses and to register the truck. We go to the title agency to transfer, and guess what? The VIN is wrong. There's a 7 where there should be a Z. OMG. So we went back over to the BMV, took our eyes tests and waited for our driver's licenses. Another seventy-five minutes of our time. Third time around. I go back to Streetsboro - get the VIN redone. DOUBLE CHECKED IT. Went home. TRIPLE CHECKED IT. Went the next Saturday back down to Ravenna. Title goes through. Whew. Back over to the BMV to wait. Literally the longest wait time I've had at a BMV since, well, Florida when we had to sit there for 4 hours. We were probably waiting a good 90 minutes plus just to get someone to call our number. It was a nut house. But finally, we have 2 licenses and 2 cars retitled and reregistered in Ohio. Now, the adult son is moving back from NJ and I guess we'll be going down there all over again for him. Double check everything! And be prepared for a wait. On the plus side, the people watching is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! ;)

She did everything she could to get my signature on the electronic screen. I have a condition that affects my small motor skills. Courtney tried everything to get the best signature. First off, I was lucky that it was not crowded when went in. I took a number and waited only about 2 minutes. They quickly collected all my documents needed for the new "compliant" license, made their copies and got my pic after my eye exam. I was in and out in no time.

My husband called prior to us heading to this location (35 minutes away) to check and see what…read morerequired documents were needed in order for us to get our Ohio drivers licenses. He grabbed everything and we headed over. Upon arrival, we were told that I needed my wedding license bc of my name change. When he called, no one mentioned needing the marriage license, so we were a little more than annoyed. We have all documents saved on our Dropbox, but they wouldn't accept an electronic version-- had to be the original with a raised seal. Grrrrrrr. So we had to drive 35 minutes back home, grab the license, and drive 35 minutes back. Despite the annoyance of having to go home, I will say the ladies working at this location were so wonderful. Very apologetic and understanding of our frustration. I've been to BMVs in Michigan, North Carolina, and Georgia, and have always dealt with rude, inefficient workers when getting a license. The people at this location are the nicest that I've ever had to encounter. If you need to go to a BMV for some reason, definitely consider going to this one!!
