I bought an S1000RR at this dealership and found the employees in the sales department, Jay Jordan, and Tyler were all very helpful and informative. There were a couple of issues that I found, the tall seat that comes with the M package and a missing second key but Jordan was able to resolve both of the issues quickly. I picked up a BMW R 1200 RT - P from the San Diego city auction. I took it in to my local Temecula BMW motorcycle dealer located within the Temecula Harley Davidson facility, which is an absolutely beautiful facility. The showroom and parts are on the east side of front Street and the repair facility is on the opposite side. When I drove my bike in, I was greeted by Rick, a service advisor of which helped me identify the services needed, and also made me aware of a recall on the driveshaft, all of which they can handle quickly. I had the pleasure of meeting the folks at this dealership through a good friend of mine who works there. (That would be Mike M.) I stayed in touch about what I was looking for over a period of time and was contacted one day by Jay G. in sales. The bike I was looking for was a newer R1250RT. At the time I had a 2016 R1200RT and liked it a lot but just wanted a newer version. Jay gave me a call late in May and let me know that he had something that I should take a look at. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! I called them on a 2020 1250GS demo that was advertised for $16,999. I told Kyler the sales guy that I am coming from about 380 miles away and that I can get there tomorrow and that I want to make sure the bike will be there when I get there. I told him that I am willing to pay for the bike in full by phone to close the deal and pick it up tomorrow. Kyler told me that the bike is available and that he will call me within the hour to conclude our deal once the finance people arrive as they will arrive at 10:15am. After not hearing from Kyler as he promised, I called several times and was assured by the receptionist that Kyler will call me shortly. 2 hours and 30 minutes later I got a call from Kyler telling me that his manager is NOT willing to sell me the motorcycle. I called his manager "Mike" and he told me that he has 2 guys at the store wanting to buy this bike. I told Mike that I was first and I was told that the Bike is available and that I was ready to pay for it in full and pick it up tomorrow; Mike said that he will sell it to the guys that are at his store i.e. NOT HONORING Kyler's promise nor the fact that I was first in line and/or that I was paying cash by BANK transfer into the dealership account! I got very upset! I called the front desk, spoke with Marissa and asked her for the name of the dealership owner; she did not want to tell me. Only after I told her that I am sure that the owner want to hear from me and that I will not stop until I speak with him and that I will tell him that she refused me, she said that his name is Andre and that she does not know his last name! I tried to get a hold of Andre but he was NOT available. I left him a message with Marissa asking him to call me. No call as of yet! I found these people unprofessional, NOT trustworthy and deceitful! Kyler told me that we had a deal and I believed him! His manager Mike is the BAD guy who screwed me! If the owner is a decent man, he will get read of this Mike as long term, he will get more reviews like this one! As Mike said to me in his last words "Good luck with the hunt"! I just want to remind all buyers that the hunting ground is very big so I'll suggest to stay away from Temecula BMW! If these are their practices, how can one trust them on anything??? read more

I have work in the Auto industry for 20 year, I have been riding BMW motorcycles for the last 14 years. I have been to all the BMW dealers in a 70 mile radius from Orange County. I have never once come across anyone that could hold a light to David, the service Advisor at the BMW Temecula Dealership. For as long as I ride a BMW bike, I would never take my bike to anyone else. I have a 2009 BMW F800GS that has been serviced at five different dealerships in my travels. "BMW Motorcycles of Temecula" is the best yet. Scheduling is easy. The BMW service department is very experienced. They give solid advice and don't push unneeded items. John adjusted the valves, noted my plugs were worn to limits and found the reason my bike was idling poorly. Plus he noticed my license plate lamp was out. I had my bike in and out in one afternoon. This place is perhaps the most unorganized motorcycle shop or at lease when it comes to demo rides. I got there this morning at 10:58am (demo ride hours 11am-3pm Saturday Sept. 18th) and no one knew what was going on. One lady behind the counter asked another and they said go outside and find a salesman and when I did he confirmed there were demo rides today, but didn't even know what was going on. There was no signs posted, no table for sign up sheets/liability release, no time slots or no times when demo groups take off. I sat around for 13 minutes looking at the taco stand in the corner underneath the pop up tent and then left. Either I had bad luck today as far as this incident being a one time occurrence, or this place is lucky their in business ! read more

This is an update to my previous post. Last week (Black Friday) I decided to purchase a BMW Navigator VI unit, and two engine guards. I did my homework as to pricing, spoke to Eduardo, who was able to give me the most competitive price for all of Southern California. When I stopped by to pick up the Nav VI Eduardo gave me an excellent tutorial on the features of this unit. At my request, he also spend quite a bit of time showing me new helmets and communication sets. Again, he was very patient and knowledgeable. I have set an appointment with Dave (Service Manager) to have my engine guards installed next week. Dave is a comfortable and easy person to speak with. I'll provide my next update after this installation, and when I have my initial service completed. So far, my experience with BMW Temecula has been friendly, outstanding, and price-competitive. I live in SC. I decided to buy a motorcycle over the Internet motivated by the price. It would be a new motorcycle with 100% financing so not much to worry about. I talked to Mike Gardner. He walked me through every step of the way and made it easy to trust the transaction. There was a lot of going back and forth mostly because of the hour difference, bank and dealership where only 3 hours open at the same time 4 days a week. I still can't believe how patient Mike was with me trying to put all the wheels in motion. Finally all paperwork was done and I had to have the bike shipped. That was an other painful part but Mike and the people at the dealership they were so patient and even took pictures from every angle before the bike was shipped and emailed me those picture before I receive delivery. Seriously, every person I talked to the phone over that dealership from reception to Mike at sales and finance office were really polite and great people. Got a deal as well!!!
