So far I've had two bikes worked on here. My 2006 Street Glide and my recent purchase of a 2001 Road King. Jeff has been my point man when ever contacting TMS by phone or in person. Pleasant to deal with and genuinely appreciates your business. I've had tire work, brakes, fork oil change, service work and few other things done. All repairs were done correctly and timely. They're probably $20 an hour cheaper than HD. My bike is never my main transportation so I'm not in a hurry. And you have to understand that sometimes jobs ahead of you dovetail into more work than expected....so you're job may get pushed back a little but not much. Jeff also does hands on work on the bikes as well as run the front. That in itself raises my confidence level. Jeff and Devin run an awesome shop. Had some issues with two of my 2003 softails in the past and after a diagnosis, turned out to be crank position sensor on both bikes. Great place run by great people. Came in a few weeks back after finding this shop on Yelp, met Jeff and chatted about a bar job on my Deluxe. Three weeks later, couldn't be happier. Very straight forward and easy to communicate with. After recommending going with 14" bars as opposed to the 16s I initially inquired about, Jeff gave me a quick straight forward breakdown of the parts and labor estimate, and let me know he'd be ready for the job whenever I was. Fast forward 2 weeks or so, I call him to let him know I'm ready to go, and he tells be to go ahead and drop the bike of THAT DAY, crazy to me considering every HD service department I've spoke to is always "two weeks out." Jeff called me through out the process a couple times to let me know how we were looking on the ETA, which I appreciated. End result, bike looks awesome and rides even better! So this place is a little off the main road, but it is visible from the 15 South. The guys here are great, no nonsense folks that have an honest answer to your questions and lots of parts in stock. They have a good selection of used bikes and are happy to answer any question you might have about them. In addition to their regular parts, they also offer a good selection of powder coated take-offs that you can pick up pretty inexpensive with a trade in of your existing part. I will never go to any other Harley Davidson service department or dealership after coming here. I will continue to come here even if I move away. This place has me as a loyal customer for sure. For one, they come to the rescue. There have been a few occasions where I am having trouble with my bike starting. They were able to come get my bike within an hour. If you are in the neighborhood they wont even charge you for a tow. Coming from another dealership nearby, I can honestly say that the staff working here at Temecula HD are on your side. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I brought in a flat tire in the morning and they gave me a honest breakdown of cost. The quote was within my expectations of a simple tire replacement. I asked about different tire types and gave me the info on additional options and stated the best value for the money in tire types. He seem happy about his job and working on bikes. He indicated they were very busy and may have the tire ready by next day - which is ok with me. However, by mid-day they called and said the tire was ready. I was thrilled and when I picked it up, there was no surprises or additional cost. I paid just what the quote indicated. He gave me 10% discount as new customer. My 2011 Harley Davidson, Heritage, needed its 30k mile service. I called around to various Harley dealerships in the area requesting a quote on the needed service. Each dealership had different estimates ranging from about $450.00 to $900.00. My son told me about Temecula Motorcycle Service (TMS) and asked me to check them out. He had been there in the past and was treated well. I called TMS and discovered the estimate was approximately $420.00 so I scheduled an appointment. I dealt with Jeff at TMS. He took the time to check out my motorcycle and discuss the service that was going to be preformed. I was treated as if I was a life-long customer. Jeff promised the service would be done by mid-afternoon on the next day. Sure enough, about mid-afternoon Jeff called to advise the service on my motorcycle had been completed. I went in today because I had a side headlight on my 97 heritage softtail classic loosen and the hardware fell out while I was riding. I had found every piece except one. Jeff said he could find a piece to replace it. He was pretty busy so I left my bike and didn't expect to have it back right away. He called me literally an hour later and said it was good to go and even changed the screw on the other light. Put in longer screws so I won't have to worry about that one falling out. I try to do as much of my own service as possible, but when I need help, Chris, Jeff, Bob and Devin can always solve it. I've taken them bikes for routine maintenance, customizing and trouble shooting. Since discovering TMS several years ago, I've never had to pull a project and take it somewhere else. Prices are fair, the work is top notch and unlike a lot of shops, the work is done when promised. This place has been here for many years, servicing Harley-Davidsons since the 90's. I recently had my motorcycle serviced here and was very pleased. In addition to my routine service / oil change, I let Jeff know I was planning a trip to Sturgis and asked him to advise me if they located any trouble spots. He later informed me that they found several little things that the Harley dealership had overlooked. Bolts loose, missing caps, etc. They took care of all of it during my routine service and didn't charge me extra for the extra parts. Plus they were about $100 cheaper than the dealership. So the bottom line is.... better service than the dealership for a better price. What's not to like? read more

I give TMS 5 stars due to their great service. I went in to have my rear tire replaced last Tuesday, August 22, 17. They found an issue with my rear fender where the turn signal bracket was loose and they put a temporary fix until I replace or repair the fender. The speed of service is great, just make sure you call for an appointment as this shop is getting a good reputation. Their prices are great and Jeff has a lot of good advice.
