Just wanted to leave this review and give a small shout out to the service team at Old Town Temecula HD. I originally just needed an update for my bike the week before a Vegas trip. They said they'd give it a shot being super booked. I get it down there. And added a couple extra things that I wanted sorted if possible before my trip. (Tail wobble at speeds and my drawer/bars inspected for alignment) Well come Tuesday they haven't had time. I call and ask for just the update. I need the bike by that Thursday. If not I told them I can get the bike as is and bring it back after. Get a call. They did all of it just in time to make sure the bike was set up and ready for my trip. They basically front lined my bike to make sure it was ready and safe for my trip. I respect that because I never expected that from them. I understood I mismanaged my time. But they still took care of me. That being said every worker I've spoken to during this was beyond respectful and overly eager to help. Solid team running this place. Last Saturday at 4:45 pm after riding for 6 hours we decided to stop at the Pala mini mart for a drink. On the way out we noticed that I had a flat rear tire. Well not sure who would co e at this time to tow my HD Heritage classic my riding friend said hey you can call Temecula HD but you better hurry they close at 5. I called and spoke to service and he said let's me see if my driver is available please hold...... He said yes he is available. Before we hang up I asked what is this going to cost me. I figured because it's late Saturday it was going to be huge. He said the tow is free if you like for us to repair the flat. I said yes. After waiting for about 30 minutes there he was. The driver was very happy and professional (Eric) . The service guy was also very friendly and helpful. He said they are closed on Sunday and Monday is a Holiday so is it ok to get back to you on Tuesday. Well Tuesday came and they replaced my rear tire as they said. Price was reasonable. Good staff in the service area. Job well done. Highly recommended them. read more

BLUFF: The owner / management need to conduct customer service training with some of the staff. Incident occurred 27 Dec 2025. CX is terrible and from reading the reviews, nothing changed from the past six years with the sales department. I walked in there a few weeks ago to purchase a bike listed on the website. Three employees on the Harley side just sitting down chatting away, laughing, and ribbing each other having a grand old time. Last I checked, customers are valued because they keep those lights on. I stood a few feet away from them waiting for an acknowledgment for about five minutes and was ignored. Second time this happened to me in the past 3 months. After looking around for 10 minutes and not finding that specific motorcycle, I left and purchased the bike from Riverside. #trends from reading recent reviews on Yelp going back 10 years will show the same behavior. Even Panda Express and Subway employees will say "welcome" as you walk in. Congratulations to the employees making a difference and doing a good job. The stars on the review are for them. Hello, Had an appt for a test ride today for an 25' RG3 & told them yesterday I did not have a Motorcycle License.... since I ride a Spyder. They said it would be fine & scheduled me to come test ride it. Today when I showed up... I was told I need Mortorcycle License & they weren't doing test rides with slight drizzle. Sales gets rude and nasty once you start asking about additional fees on top of price of the bike. $299.00 doc fee? In California the law says Max is $85.00. Battery prep fee? Tire prep fee? What the hell is that. I was buying a bike as used with 56 miles on it and they said they had to give it a tune up.They know they look crooked and stupid so they start trying to insult you. So while I was at the balloon & wine festival I stopped in at the local Harley Davidson dealer just to check out their selection and motor clothes cause who can't use a new harley shirt so I noticed they had a very good selection of new bikes compared to some of the other dealers I've been too, even though I was ready to buy just yet the sales rep josh was really cool and not pushy just told me when ever I was ready to give him a call, so a couple of months later I was ready to start looking and possibly if the deal was right I would purchase so i text him and we were going back n forth and he told me The dealer was sold and the new owner was ready to wheel n deal so fast forward. Couple of weeks I went down there with no expectations no high hopes and just to see what they had and I was so supposed to see the inventory they had I was in the market for a road glide special or ST and they had so many road glides in every color even 3 road glide STs and we all know those are Like unicorns and a couple of the new low riders they were very cool no pressure asked if i wanted to test ride , I looked at the tag and there was no mark up which I was really surprised cause 3 dealers I went to previously had consumer markups, OLD town harley.even had them on sale so after talking to the sales manager he made me a deal i couldn't refused and they even delivered it to my house that was a good 60 miles away!! This place is so ridiculous. They REFUSE to give an out the door number. One of the sales managers was telling me it's because he doesn't know the tax rate. If the guy who sell bikes all day everyday can't get me the amount of taxes, in what world would I have an easier time getting that information? They don't want to go line by line because they know they have outrageous fees and markups. The sales guy was trying to fill out a credit application as we were talking BEFORE I EVEN KNEW THE FINAL PRICE. I've called multiple times trying to get the OTD price and nothing. I said I would bring a check for the total but I needed to know the amount to write the check for and they said they couldn't give that to me. A sales representative said my out the door number would be different depending on my credit........ please explain to me what line item would be different based off my credit? I'll wait. They will give you the endless run around. The guy was asking what I do for work in a normal casual conversation, 2 seconds later he's writing that info down on a credit application. He proceeds to fill out the credit app himself. And again, THEY WERE TRYING TO GET ME TO APPLY FOR FINANCING BEFORE I EVEN KNEW THE PRICE. What a sorry joke of a dealership. If you need any Harley services and want it done quickly call these guys and ask for Kile as he makes things happen even when other Harley dealers say the repairs will take days or weeks as they are backed up! I called Service Saturday spoke to Kile he said yes they were kinda backed up like all dealers on bikes but could take time to make my repairs and be done same day I asked if i could drop off Tuesday he said no promises but yes I could drop off and honestly about 4 hours after dropping off he called and said bikes fixed and back to life! I must say thanks Kile and team for taking time to stop wrenching on other bikes to diagnose and also fix mine at same time! Also they honor the HOG membership and gave me a discount on repairs woo hoo!! I started riding motorcycles in 1975 and have purchased a lot of bikes over the years. I want to say that Temecula HD/BMW is the old ways. It is an experience that is almost gone. Over the years, Corporations have taken control of most dealerships. I find with corporations, it has no soul. Its only purpose is to make money. So if you have a problem and ask to speak to one of the owners, I doubt the employee knows who it is. Or if they would let you talk to them. At Temecula HD/BMW, the owner is there, maybe even the person helping you (He was with me). Also, when you are at Temecula, look at the employees. They are happy. I found it safe with no pressure experience, unlike three other HD dealerships in So Cali. That called me nonstop. Temecula gave me the time I needed to decide and never bothered me. It was just what I was looking for. I highly recommend them. It was worth the drive for me. It is a dealership I will go back to for my next bike. read more

As soon as I said this their little group split up mysteriously and one of the dudes says back 'You're in here with your kid, I'm not going to go chasing after you.' -what kind of jerk response is this? Dude needs to find a job stocking Walmart shelves out of sight of customers obviously. After I called him (them) out he stood there in the middle upset with his arms crossed. I call my buddy who bought a bike and his brother at Laidlaw's Harley. He said he's heard a few stories like mine coming from Temecula Harley.
