I rarely leave negative reviews, but I fell new riders and management of this business should Know about my experience as a first time motorcycle buyer I relied on the dealerships expertise to help me find a motorcycle that fit me properly I specifically asked if the Yamaha MT-03 was the lowest seat height motorcycle they had because I was concerned with my very short inseam and being able to ride confidently and safely I was told it was the lowest option available so I purchased the motorcycle After getting home and taking the MSF course the following week and doing more research I learned that the dealership also sells the Honda Rebel 500, which has significantly lower seat height and would have likely been a much better fit for me as a new rider had I been shown that option I would have seriously considering purchasing it instead I'm not asking for a refund or trying to get out of my purchase I'm simply asking the dealership to work with me and exchange the motorcycle for the Honda Rebel 500 that better fits my size and riding needs As a beginner I trusted the dealerships guidance I expected to be shown all the available options that matched what I asked for Instead I left feeling like I wasn't given all the information I needed to make the best decision I sincerely hope the dealership will contact me and work toward a fair resolution if they do I'll gladly update this review and reflect that they stood behind their customer and made the situation right. read more

We came in to look at an alpine stars race suit and to inquire about a Polaris RZR as we are finally in the market to purchase, but noticed that even though there were 2-3 girls behind the front counter and another guy talking to them, no one said a word. We walked back and the same thing. No one said a word to us except this nice fella in the area where the Rzrs were. Great first impression from the whole team. Called the service department in a short notice for a tire change and was told to bring my bike in anyways. Chris helped me out with everything and answered all my questions. He also pointed out some things with my bike that would needed to be checked out in the future which was also a nice gesture. I was told that i can pick the bike up the next day and was understandable if they couldn't finish it the same day since it was such a short notice. Not even 2 hours later, my bike was ready. Cherry on top. Everything went very smoothly and was an easy process. Very great first impression from the team i will definitely be back for future services. Great Service, But Pricey (4 stars) I'm giving this place 4 stars because they were able to squeeze me in without an appointment, which I really appreciated. I brought my daughter's bike in to replace a cracked front tire. Safety is a top priority for me--especially when it comes to my daughter--so I trusted their judgment when they said both tires and the chain were unsafe and needed replacing. That said, I originally expected to spend around $150, and I walked out paying over $500. I do feel their prices are on the high side, and it caught me off guard. Still, the work was done well, and the staff was professional and thorough. The retail area is impressive--clean, organized, and stocked with a large selection of bikes and a decent variety of riding apparel. In short: solid service, quality work, and a beautiful store. Well I don't know too much about purchasing watercraft but I was very excited when I was able to think that I could afford it! Online it said I could get a sea doo jet ski for $5,999! That's what drew me in. When I got there though it turns out that's not the case at all. They jacked up the price so much that out the door cost was a little over $13,000! Now many of you might not be surprised but I was devastated. I didn't want to leave the store without one since I'd been so hyped up about it! The interest rate wasn't bad since I have great credit but apparently you have to pay storage fees forever how long it's been not selling in their store and also shipping from Canada. Unbelievable. I've yet to be able to make a purchase at this place. Looking to make my 4th boat purchase. All of my previous purchases have been made at Burt's Mega Mall in Azusa, and I've never had a problem negotiating a fair deal. Today I seen an online listing for a boat at $76,999 wich I thought was a great deal. Once I contacted the dealer the price changed to 83k once I called the sales guy out he said, well it's starts at $76k. No, it does not say starting anywhere on the listing. Come to find out there are major hidden fees that are not disclosed on the advertisement either. An additional $16k wich brings the boat to $93,799. This is definitely a huge mark up. This is what I've delt with in the past, and why I've never made a purchase here. Shady business practices to draw you in is not good business. Being transparent goes along way, and creates relationships that last for years. This is the reason I will take my $80k to Burt's once again. I would not recommend anyone do business with this establishment, there are plenty of dealers that operate with ethics. read more

I had the worst customer service from their service department. So bad that I will never come back. I brought my bike in for the break in service and found out that there was a recall. I was told that the recall was for a crankshaft bearing. Required to drain the oil and remove a side cover. I was told that the recall with would cover a lot of the break in service due to the work needed for the recall fix. A couple days later I was in the shop and asked to know more specifics and to hold off on the break in service till I could know more. This is because I wasn't going to pay their hourly rate just to check my air filter and told them that I plan on upgrading it anyway And that I can do that myself. Jacob told me when he gets everything in, he will call me and let me know what all is being done for the recall and what will not be covered towards the service. I never got the call other then to tell me that my bike was complete and ready for pick up. I called and asked what all was done and's was told the service and the recall work was completed and I had a bill for work performed. I never authorized any of the work and never got a call to let me know more details. I told Jacob that I didn't authorize the work and that he was suppose to call me. When I got there Jacob had an attitude with me, explaining that since I denied the service that my warranty would not be valid. The service was performed. But since I didn't authorize it Jacob put it in the system that I denied it. I just wanted to know what was going to be done to my bike is all I asked. I didn't deny the service, I just wanted to be informed and asked to hold off on the reak in service till I knew what was to be done. Well since Jacob never called me after getting the recall parts to inform me what was all going on, I didn't even know my bike was being worked on, nor did I know what was to be done to the bike for the service. After getting attitude from Jacob I just got my bike and left. I will now get my bikes serviced elsewhere and recommend that you do as well. This was also the fourth bike I have bought from them and never before did I get treated so rudely, even from service prior to this. read more

June 2025. I just found out that Temecula Motorsports will be adding Indian motorcycles to their lineup in about a month. Indian Motorcycles are American made by Polaris. Polaris also made Victory motorcycles which were discontinued. I would guess that there will be demo rides on new Indians in the future. I'll be ready to buy an Indian there if the price is right. I have been coming here for a few years now and I have to say, the ringing up of my purchases and the assigned "commission" for the "sale" absolutely sucks! Just recently bought a sxs from my local Temecula Motorsports. Couldn't be happier with the deal I received . The finance gal was so nice to us , seems like there wasn't a hurtle she could overcome. I usually buy my apparel from them aswell, they are always so helpful when trying to make my mind on something. The service department, those guys have always been good to me, the only place I do tire changes for sure or anything beyond me. The parts department I've used the least cause I don't break much I guess, but they have always had the filter or cable I needed. The ones that take your money on your way out the door, well they are very nice aswell like ace is the place When you come in they greet you and when you leave . Arman baited me i drove 2 hours away thinking im getting a reasonable deal for turbo R 2024 premium (top package) just to find out it's a demo unit. I called before even showing up just to find out it's used. To top it off arman responded with "just for the inconvenience I can throw you a deal" (sales tactics) for 2025 Rzr which i believe to much technology. **Do NOT take slingshots here** Customers beware, this place has excellent customer service which is very misleading to their inability to work on Polaris Slingshots. I brought my slingshot to Temecula Motorsports back in March and had it dropped off for a few weeks for a starting issue. When I dropped it off, they took care of some recalls (seat bracket and electrical fuse box check). During this, they talked me into a 5 year inspection, new tires and oil change (typical consumer, I know but all were useful inspections). Moving onto the main issue I brought it in for, not starting. They trouble shot this for nearly a week saying it was not suspected to be the starter. I trusted them as they are the "experts". After repeated trouble shooting they told me they fixed the problem and I could pick it up once they verified it started the next morning. This happened a couple times that they said I could pickup the following day and would call me the following day saying it was not starting and I shouldn't pickup. After further trouble shooting and diagnostics they then told me they think it's the starter. I proceeded to buy a new started and provide them the part still boxed. After they swapped it out they informed me that it was fixed and they "think" they fixed the starting issue. The next day they messaged and said "So we think the issue of it not starting was a bit of a fluke. We've been trying and the slingshot seems to start every time now, so we're thinking you can go ahead and pick it up and if the issue comes back we'll take a crack at it then." So I headed up there to pick up paying $1,534.56 just to be told verbally that they had some troubles starting it when moving it up front....awesome. Since I'm in the military I needed to get it from there because I didn't know when I'd be back in town and they encourage you to pick it up as soon as possible after service. When I went to bring the slingshot home it took me 5 attempts to get it started and I drove it home immediately texting them telling them the main problem still existed. To cut the long back and forth text down, they essentially told me they were sorry to hear that it won't start and it is most likely the antitheft installed on it...which has worked just fine for years and also hooked up to a battery tender. I also called GPS and track just to verify which they've had zero issues with that antitheft and use it on their sales floor at the dealership because of its reliability. I hadn't driven the slingshot anywhere until this week (14 October 2024) which was a mechanic shop in my neighborhood after nearly 50 attempts to start it to get it there. Once I got it there, the mechanic quickly discovered it was a bad starter which I called Temecula Motorsports to see if they cover the installation (by them) of a bad part. They said "we don't cover customer provided parts". When I asked Chris if he bench tested it to confirm it wasn't a good starter before installing it (even though it was new) he did NOT sound confident but mumbled that he had. I told him I can prove my odometer that I hadn't driven it more than back to my house since I got it from them and expressed my frustration with paying nearly $1,600 and don't fix the main problem I brought it in for. I asked if I can prove the start is bad would they consider ANY amount of refund considering I'm paying another mechanic to do the SAME job they messed up and he said sorry, our policy will not allow. Speaking to the manager next, he said the same thing. That even though they installed a bad part they wouldn't refund ANY of it. So on top of misdiagnosing the problem several times and charging me for it, they also charged me for labor on a job I had to take somewhere else to have them redo the exact job they did. They have excellent customer service (communication and polite) but knowledge and troubleshooting will lead you to spending a lot of money to NOT get the problem fixed. The worst part is they had mentioned two other slingshots they worked on recently and said they also could not figure out the issues with them and had to send them elsewhere. Save your time, money and frustration and take your Polaris Slingshots to somewhere that knows what they are doing on them. read more
