    We got a couple Dirtbike's from Temecula Motorsports. High five to Arman for getting us the best deal. Everyone of the staff have excellent customer service. The girls in the store were so helpful. Alissa W was so patient with us picking out boots and a helmet for my daughter. Highly recommended!

    Huge shoutout to Ruben at Temecula Motorsports! He helped me get into my Can-Am Maverick and honestly made the whole thing super easy. He was chill, answered all my questions, and didn't make me feel pressured at all. The process was smooth from start to finish. If you're thinking about buying something, definitely go see Ruben he'll take care of you. Thank you for everything Ruben!

    Nick and Danny were amazingly helpful in working with me to buy a Polaris. They were attentive, kind, and hardworking. Awesome team.

    This was the price you see in the store but when I left the cost was over $13,000. The trailer was only $1899.

    Well I don't know too much about purchasing watercraft but I was very excited when I was able to think that I could afford it! Online it said I could get a sea doo jet ski for $5,999! That's what drew me in. When I got there though it turns out that's not the case at all. They jacked up the price so much that out the door cost was a little over $13,000! Now many of you might not be surprised but I was devastated. I didn't want to leave the store without one since I'd been so hyped up about it! The interest rate wasn't bad since I have great credit but apparently you have to pay storage fees forever how long it's been not selling in their store and also shipping from Canada. Unbelievable. It's not my fault it didn't sell..you get what I'm saying? If you understand and I'm upset for nothing feel free to leave a laughing emoji and tell me I'm a fool. lol

    I want to specifically recognize Brian and the technicians who worked on our Can-Am. After a…read moredifficult situation with the machine, Brian stepped in, took ownership of the issue, and made sure everything was handled properly. He was professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The Can-Am ultimately received a complete engine and turbo replacement, and the technicians did an excellent job with the repair. The machine is running great, and the quality of the work has given us confidence in taking it back out on the trails. Brian followed through on everything he said he would do and made sure the situation was resolved the right way. Thank you to Brian and the technicians who worked on the machine for standing behind the repair and getting our Can-Am back in top condition.

The front counter personnel was friendly, prompt and has a service with a smile. Area of recommendations for improvements: 1. Customer service (internal and external): I witnessed multiple times in 15 minutes of the service personnel speaking ill of Parts personnel (input of information on an account, credit to a certain personnel for the purchase). Also when wanting to pay, the whole going to the counter to pick out parts and then to the front for payment then back to the counter to receive your parts is so inconvenient. The Services personnel are condensing and short with customers. When asking a questions it feels like you are being reprimanded. 2. Price tags: cost of items was a guessing game.
