There was no greeting, no indication that assistance would be provided, and no basic customer engagement. I had to initiate interaction myself to be acknowledged. Phoebe, the service writer, eventually engaged and stated that I would receive updates throughout the process, including: * Text messages * Emails * Photos documenting the work This communication was never delivered. --- ## COMMUNICATION FAILURE The promised updates did not occur. What I did receive was not a valid diagnostic explanation. The communication provided: * Contained no clear diagnostic breakdown * Redirected me to call the shop * Displayed an estimate marked as "authorized," which I did not approve At this point, I had not paid for any services because I had not retrieved the vehicle and required clarification before proceeding. --- ## DIAGNOSTIC CONCERNS I asked a direct and reasonable question: "What exactly was completed during the $160 diagnostic?" I was told that multiple hours had been spent and that additional time would be required, potentially increasing the diagnostic cost to a much higher amount. I then asked why a scan tool or diagnostic computer was not used first to narrow down the issue before moving into a wiring-based diagnostic process. When he finished his diagnosis, he quoted me $400-$500 to reset the pump timing only. That was all that was authorized. When I Finally got notified my vehicle was ready, I went to pick it up, and was horrified at what he had done with no notification, authorization, and some things he altered under the hood. Not once did Moe contact me about anything needing to be replaced, had no authority to make said changes, and to top it off, he removed my Factory Black timing cover, and replaced it with a mustard yellow cover, which by the way, was unnecessary to start with. Moe, in my opinion has no clue about diesel repairs! I am now having to take legal action, as Mr. Moe, will not even answer my calls, text, and I've had to send a demand letter to Moe's Pro Automotive, which I don't expect he will respond to. I wouldn't recommend Moe's Pro Automotive to fix a bicycle wheel, much less a vehicle. He greatly devalued my Classic truck, by making unauthorized, no notification modifications to my truck! Then presented me with a $1200 invoice for all that he did to my once stock truck.

Since I wasn't able to see the vehicle in person, Jeff went above and beyond by providing detailed information, photos, and videos. He was very responsive and transparent throughout the process, and I felt confident in his honesty about the vehicle's condition and the work that had been done. When the car arrived, it was exactly as Jeff described--no surprises, just as promised. The only challenge I faced was with the financing process. However, the owner personally stepped in to help, and it turned out the issue was with the bank, not the dealership. My best friend from grade school Angela used to work for this company, was the best service advisor they had hands down. She poured her heart into her customers and company, to be lead to uproot her whole family to there headquarters in Bentonville Arkansas ( Superior Auto Group) only to be deceived and treated with great disrespect for her and her family. I strongly suggest if you consider this company or any of the Superior Auto Group dealerships to think twice about how they treat there employees. I think it's very inconsiderate they are still showing her working at BMW of Tyler and in there commercials, and they are still showing her at there Mercedes Benz of NWA store in Bentonville Arkansas. They will not let me take the loaner because it would be over 250 miles. I now have to go rent a car and Kia may or may not reimburse me. This is a huge disappointment as my car is only 1 year old and I have to pay out of pocket because it isn't running properly and is still under bumper to bumper warranty. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have had Jeep's and Ford's and never ever encountered this issue - Lesson Learned with Kia!!!

For almost two years I've been shopping for a new (to me) car. I knew what I wanted... the year,…read moremake, model, and options. The problem was there wasn't a ton of these cars around the US, and the ones I did find either weren't in great condition or had a high sticker price. When I came across a vehicle that fit my requirements at Lade Ford, I gave them a call. I ended up speaking to Dan Lade, the owner of the dealership, and he was super helpful getting me photos and details of the car. I saw great reviews from the dealership so I bought the car sight unseen. Hitched a ride from Austin to Frankston to pick it up and met the man in person. He was as nice as he was on the phone, and the car was in better condition than I could have imagined. I got a great deal and a month later I couldn't be happier with the car and how Dan handled everything. I've bought many cars for my business over the years and this was by far one of the best buying experiences I've ever had.

Went to laid Ford for a transmission flush in my truck. Seem like I spent the entire day there. So…read morethey're not very fast. Also requested they check the programming on the transmission. They told me that the transmission was fine and they had reset it. They also told me that there was no updates for the programming of the transmission. There is an update for the transmission and it is has not been updated and I need to get it updated but I am not going back there. Who knows how long that would take.
